I couldn't find anyone who would travel to Strawberry to haul it all away until I found this fellow. He gave me a quote for a day of work which I found reasonable and we set up a date for the job. He brought his uncle and the three of us busted it but there was just too much junk. We scheduled a time for him to come back for 2 days and he gave me the same reasonable daily quote. After two more days we were able to finish the job and completely empty the house. If you need someone to remove junk and haul it away I highly recommend James. He's a hard worker and a great guy.

The employee was on time and did his measurements but failed to send me an estimate via email. Every time I called him he would have some excuse why he didn't send it and then proceeded to tell me the amount over the phone which was an absurd price. I said okay send it via email so I can have it as a reference and it's been weeks since then and still nothing. I don't understand why an agency does this if they don't want to do work they can just say so rather than waste my time. I shouldn't have to constantly call and ask them to send me an estimate. Overall communication has been dismal and I'm glad to say I'll never have to deal with it again.
