I wanted work completed by next Thursday 5/14) 8:00 AM his guys arrived and started removing rotted wood under sills (HOA request). We provided original paint. They painted all trim (not just updated sills) to ensure matching exterior. There was a hitch with the electrical work, but they were patient and worked with us to determine an acceptable solution. They fixed the drywall in the basement (then re-opened and fixed again after the electrical solution was determined). All was completed for the original estimate price. This small company literally went above and beyond the call of duty when they repaired collapsing…read moredrywall in an upper floor ceiling damaged by a roofing hole that had allowed water to pool in the attic insulation above that room. Prior to doing the actual repair, Sergey's two colleagues, Yuri and Andrej, went the extra step of climbing into the attic - temperature there had to be at least 115 degrees - and up to the roof to be certain the repaired roof hole was absolutely watertight (by running water from a hose over the shingles). Satisfied on that count, they then did a superb job of installing a new drywall section, plastering it, and repainting the ceiling. It is now impossible to tell there was ever a hole in that ceiling. I commend them for their craftsmanship and attention to detail; the quiet, professional way they worked; and the care they took to protect the furnishings in the room and leave it in immaculate shape when done. Although their English wasn't fluent, it was sufficient to communicate the basics. And they were nice guys to boot. A solid 10 out of 10 rating for a job very well done.
