Terrible service, un-professional attitude, and a petty thief. It saddens me greatly to have to report that Andy, of Andy Auto which is located at Lorne Park Road and Lakeshore Road, conducts his business with little regard for anything other than ripping his customers off.
Examples...? I needed to get an estimate on some damage done during a recent accident. After getting my car up on a lift, he demanded that I pay $90 CDN for a verbal estimate. He looked at my car for 5 minutes, did not provide a written estimate, and then held my car hostage until I paid the $90 CDN in cash. He than wanted me to pay $50 CDN per each day that my car was in his garage for what he claimed were "insurance costs".
When I refused to tolerate his shameful business practices, he-- literally-- became violently aggressive and yelled at me for 10 minutes. I had to call a tow truck for a 2nd time, which cost an additional $100 CDN, to get my car removed and then serviced at another garage.
In short, DON'T trust this lunatic to service your vehicle. He clearly has some sort of mental disorder and cannot be reasoned with. It cost me +$200 CDN to learn that he is an unhinged petty criminal who will use threats, profanity, and violence to steal as much money from you as possible. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't take your car to Andy Auto for servicing. You will regret doing so. read more
