I text over some pics after speaking to her and she fiited me in a few days later to 'fix' me. We were talking like we'd known each other for years, she is lovely. Four hours later (I do have really long hair), I was fixed. Absolutely love what she has done to the point she left 15mins ago and I am writing this. I am very precious about my hair, but had no worries, I was in good hands and have now got myself a fab hairdresser, she is amazing! I have found a salon which not only listens, They pay attention to what the customer needs and do it in a very friendly way. I lived 150 miles away and would commute back to use the salon because I trust every one of their hairdressers! I usually stick with the same stylist but over the years I've tried several and each has been as good as the others.
