Sam gave me email quotes and then happily came out to see what we were working with. He gave us all our options on door styles, motors and door openers. We selected a simple door design, mid grade motor that comes with app connections (cool!), and asked for pin pad. The price was a good value compared to Costco and Home Depot so going with a local small business was definitely the choice for us, and we couldn't be happier! Within a week of getting the quote and visit, we paid our deposit and the crew was there installing our new garage door. The other companies said it would take 4-6 weeks or longer to get a new door and that we'd have to move our current storage racks or cut them down. Sam said we had plenty of ceiling space for a higher track installation and we didn't have to move or ruin our current storage racks. We are beyond grateful for this! I know it was a bit more work on their end, but we really appreciate being able to keep our storage racks intact.
