The office staff stated that I had to send the 2 MRI'S over to their office. I did on November 12th. I called to verify that they had received it. The lady couldn't find it. I indicated that I had sent it. Finally, she found it. I followed up in a week because I hadn't heard from them. She said that the doctor hadn't reviewed it. Ok, I called again in another week. She gave me the same response. I stated that I was in a lot of pain. She said that the doctor would be reviewing it soon. I made another call. The responses were always the same. This went on and on. I made 5 calls to the clinic. I dont know what the hell was going on, but as to date,I've never heard back from this pain clinic. Is this the way to treat people who are in pain? This is shameful. I'd never refer anyone to this clinic. I wonder if they will ever "wake up?"

To be a good doctor, one must treat the whole person, not just the disease. Unfortunately, Dr…read more Frechette did not demonstrate this approach. He did not appear to be up to date with current research, was not receptive to concerns about medications or lack there of, and generally failed to take the time to listen. Dementia patients require a physician with both the time and compassion to address their unique and evolving needs. Sadly, Dr. Frechette did not meet these expectations. Dementia patients require a physician who has both the medical knowledge and the compassion to address the complex and evolving needs associated with this condition. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those standards. During our visits and times of crisis, Dr. Frechette did not take the necessary time to listen to concerns about medications and their side effects. He did not appear to be up to date with current studies or treatment approaches and seemed dismissive of important issues that were raised. This lack of engagement made it extremely difficult to feel confident in the quality of care being provided. Equally troubling, Dr. Frechette demonstrated a lack of compassion and patience. Dementia is not just a medical diagnosis -- it affects every aspect of a person's life. Families look to physicians not only for treatment, but also for guidance, support, and understanding. In this case, we felt dismissed rather than supported. If you are looking for a neurologist to Treat Dementia, keep looking so that you or your loved one receives the attentive and informed care they deserve.

My experience hopefully doesn't represent the rest of the staff at this office as the front staff was awesome, the staff doing testing was great but my Dr., Dr. Ahuja was dismissive and didn't do a good job explaining testing AND he orginally didn't even bring the pulmonary test IN to the exam until I asked him to so I can review it with him. When we reviewed it he only focused on a few spots and left out areas on my testing which were 26 percent of predicted amount. I didn't notice this till after I left the office. I called the office back minutes after leaving and spoke to his medical assistant who also stated that its odd that the 26 percent of predicted was not explained or discussed. She called back and said that the Doctor is done explaining the testing and I am welcome to go someone where else for a second opinion. Please see a different doctor at this location. calling back and asking for an explanation on a 26 percent of predicted and then being blown off by being told to go somewhere else is unbelievable customer service and probably doesn't represent the whole company but he works for them. Showing up to an appointment to review results with NO results in front of me is a red flag. Then when I asked about going over them with him and him only focuses on 3 parameters was also a bit odd as he constantly redirected me back to 3 parameters. When asked over the phone once I left about 26 percent of predicted to be told he wouldn't answer, and I can go somewhere else as he is done explaining is rude and unprofessional. Please go somewhere else customers. This is not a place I would recommend sadly. I hear there are better doctors at this location and unfortunately I must have got the one who's available because of his poor bedside manner. Really sad.

I was repeatedly dismissed, even as I grew more symptomatic and more desperate for answers. But I knew something wasn't right. Thankfully, I had an appointment with Dr. Barton that I had nearly forgotten about. I'm so glad I didn't cancel. Dr. Barton took the time to carefully review my MRI and listen to my symptoms. He was the only doctor who thought outside the box and recognized that muscle spasms--clearly noted on my MRI--could be causing many of my symptoms. He referred me to Boris Prilutsky, a specialist in medical massage. I went in with low expectations - but after just one session, I was able to walk farther than I had in four months. I've been on the path to healing ever since. Dr. Barton and Boris identified a root cause that most of the medical system completely overlooks. No one else had the insight, experience, or compassion to recognize what was really going on. I'm deeply grateful to Dr. Barton for helping me turn a corner when I had nearly lost hope.
