    Worst customer service ever. The only way to contact them is by phone, and you spend hours on…read morehold. Telus bought out our local Internet provider here in Alberta, then handed it over to "Mascon by Telus". Eventually all the local employees were let go except for one mobile technician who has to cover a huge area of Alberta. 8 months after the changeover was completed, my Internet went out and never came back. That tech came and after a lot of work, said that nothing was wrong with the equipment at my home, that equipment in Calgary was malfunctioning. He had to leave without me getting Internet back. To get to that point, I spent 2 hours and 2 minutes on hold the first day, only to hear, "We are sorry, but we cannot take your call at this time. Please try again later." They hung up. Day 2, I spent 1 hour and 25 minutes on hold. The tech said they couldn't see the Internet radio on my house, so could only schedule the mobile tech to come. Two days after the mobile tech was here, I phoned again and waited 15 minutes on hold, then gave up. I e-mailed billing@mascon.ca and asked when I would have Internet again. Day 8, and nothing from the company, so I phoned, chose Customer Support, then Cancel Service, and did not spend any time on hold at all. Got my service cancelled quickly, then ordered satellite Internet.

Then he called me back and said it wouldn't but that he'd call me back and update me. No call back. So I called again... another 3 hrs on the phone to have the second guy confirm my internet wasn't working (I knew that) and to schedule a service appt for 2 weeks away. Not cool. I called another company to replace Mascan and they'll be at our farm on Thursday. Horrible technology. Horrible customer service. Horrible ability to contact to company. RUN, don't walk, to somewhere else.
