He is excellent! Pain free, natural Botox. I had been seeing him for years, but relocated, and wish I could still see him!

My husband, though, had a particularly negative experience the other day... We had made an appointment six weeks in advance for an 8:30 slot in the New Milford location and took the day off from work so he could have two cysts removed from his forehead. When setting up the appointment, I asked the receptionist to please get an estimate from Dr. Buscher just so we knew how much cash to have prepared since we would be paying out of pocket. We received the estimate and seemed to be all set. We're in the waiting room, and the nurse Beth came in and asked us why we were there. We asked if she could see the appointment and she said she could, but again and rudely asked why we were there. We told her, and then she asked if we had the cysts drained before. We asked her if the history on it was unavailable, she said she had it, so this time we didn't answer. We felt like making the appointment was pointless because they don't read any notes or history. Then she tells us the office only put it in for one slot and they didn't have time to remove them and that they were overbooked. Of course I let her know that our frustrations were not directed at her, but that we did everything we were supposed to and should not be held at fault for the office not making the appointment correctly and overbooking. She rudely said she would talk to the dr and stormed out. Her and the dr come back, don't say anything about not having time and start the procedure. The dr leaves and she starts the numbing injections not telling my husband what she's doing, and when she's finished she didn't even excuse herself or tell us the doctor would be in, but instead slammed the door in a huff. Now the procedure is over, we told the doctor we don't want pathology because Dr. Buscher said it wasn't cancerous or dangerous, but they still pushed us to at least send one out to the lab and we were just so disgusted at the point we agreed and paid the bill. We had to ask when the stitches should come out, we didn't receive any aftercare instructions, but to be clear, Dr. Buscher was GREAT. We love her and she's so friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse, however she may be, needs to work on her customer service skills in such a simple setting to excel in that area.

Neither the Doctor or her assistant introduced themselves to me or addressed me by name…read more I was ushered into a treatment room that was dirty. 2 garbage cans were overflowing with waste. Evertime I asked a question regarding positioning for the procedure - cyst removal - I was told no it was " liability" , strange choice of words. The assistant gave me a pillow and it smelled. Now I'm a retired nurse so maybe I'm overthinking this. The assistant came into numb me. I will say she did a nice job with that. Anyway, I layed there looking at that heaped up garbage can and I just couldn't go thru with the procedure. Before I left I did tell the Doctor why I was leaving. Just so upset. She barely looked up from her laptop. Im retired and on Medicare. I feel like if I was there for an esthetic procedure, paying out of pocket, maybe they would have used my name. So yeah. I left. My cyst area is so inflamed now and painful. 3 days later. Im heading to the walk-in.
