From the moment I walked into the store, Vijay was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained to me the entire process, and was patient as I asked many questions. He did not pressure me to buy or to upgrade, but simply tried to find out how he could serve me better. I ended up getting a tuxedo, vest, and custom tuxedo shirt. I was so pleased with the process after the first day, that I ordered 2 more custom shirts when I came back for my fitting. I needed 1 more adjustment on the vest, and Vijay was happy to do everything in order to make me happy. Unfortunately, Vijay had let me know he had to leave the day I was to receive the shirts. However, he arranged so that I could pick up everything easily without any problems at all. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience with Vijay and Om Custom Tailors. I will return to buy more the next chance I get.
