What really impressed me happened after I left. I had mentioned we were heading across the street for lunch, and after we left I realized an expensive spool of fishing line that I'd already paid for had been left behind. Instead of waiting for me to figure it out, they called the restaurants across the street until they found us so I could come back and pick it up. That level of customer service is incredibly rare.
