To verbally harass a stranger is concerning behavior enough, but at least have the decency to do so on a private account that is not directly linked to your place of work. Sincerely hope you can work out these behavioral issues. Definitely does not seem like a female friendly environment.

He said yes, and I asked if it would be possible to make a bouquet of just that flower. He said yes again. When the flowers arrived, they were nothing like what I ordered. It was a mixed bouquet. There were only 2 of the flowers I requested, and one of the two flowers was broken. The bouquet was $60. I called the florist to see what happened. Two employees talked to me and said they did exactly what I ordered, and tried to tell me that I didn't say what I originally said. When I asked for a refund, the man sounded angry, became short with me, said he would only give me $15 back. Then he immediately hung up on me. Very rude.
