Luckily for me, Emily answered the phone to take the order and was just as kind and relaxed as she could be. She assured me that the flowers could be delivered same day, on Grandma's Race weekend! The recipient gushed about how beautiful it was, and while a photo can't do justice, you can see how fully bloomed the peony and sunflower are! I would do business with Flora North (5831 Grand Ave, Duluth, MN 55807) time and again, if the opportunity arises. THANK YOU for your kindness, patience, and for a beautifully designed bouquet.

He said yes, and I asked if it would be possible to make a bouquet of just that flower. He said yes again. When the flowers arrived, they were nothing like what I ordered. It was a mixed bouquet. Two employees talked to me and said they did exactly what I ordered, and tried to tell me that I didn't say what I originally said. When I asked for a refund, the man sounded angry, became short with me, said he would only give me $15 back. Then he immediately hung up on me. Very rude.
