I got there after hours and Aaron was still there and told me they would help me out. They even arranged a rental car for me, bending over backward to help. Veteran-owned and operated, great people working there.

Friendly without the fake "corporate script" vibe. And props for offering food options beyond the usual roller dogs and heat-lamp pizza. It's not gourmet, but at least it feels like they tried. Nothing remarkable, but sometimes "well put together and not a hassle" is exactly what drivers need. Solid stop, easy flow, decent food, and good people. Four stars well earned.

This was the rest stop closest so we pulled over and I have to say I was pretty impressed. I walked in with our kiddo, and it was honestly one of the cleanest rest stops I've ever stopped in. It was so well maintained, well lit, etc. It felt very safe to stop here after dark, and the restrooms were some of the best I've seen on the road lately. We didn't eat here but I noticed there were some locals eating at an attached eatery inside, which made me feel like this must be a popular little spot to stop into. Overall, if you're on the road, you aren't going to find much better - this is a great little roadside stop.

After asking around for recommendations, I decided to give J&T a try. I've had nothing but great experiences since! I usually wait at the shop while my car is being serviced. My car is always serviced very quickly. I'm usually in and out in under 45 minutes. The shop is small but does offer Wifi and snacks. There's also a small TV in the lobby. The only downside to me is the location. Spring Hill is a bit of a drive for me, but I feel like it's worth it for a shop that I can trust. Overall, I feel like the cost is pretty comparable to other shops in the area.
