I talked to Stomper Off-Road and just from my description they referred me to Anderson because it was a bigger job than they were comfortable with. Anderson is bigger than I expected--several service desks and lots of bays. James was my contact there and he was very professional. He called me with updates regularly and was great at explaining what they were doing and what to expect. In the end, it was a very expensive repair but I feel that I was treated fairly and they did good work. No regrets and the Jeep is running great.

After asking around for recommendations, I decided to give J&T a try. I've had nothing but great experiences since! I usually wait at the shop while my car is being serviced. My car is always serviced very quickly. I'm usually in and out in under 45 minutes. The shop is small but does offer Wifi and snacks. There's also a small TV in the lobby. The only downside to me is the location. Spring Hill is a bit of a drive for me, but I feel like it's worth it for a shop that I can trust. Overall, I feel like the cost is pretty comparable to other shops in the area.
