Rosie Anderson is a great agent. She is ethical and caring about her clients. She knows how to negotiate with Casting directors and asks the right questions. She is not afraid to ask the casting people for what she needs for her clients (me for instance) and goes back and forth between her client and the CDs. Started off great because I am experienced, fit, and in the entertainment industry already. The first really big money job I get through this agency, she makes a deal with me and when the big money comes in, completely goes back on the deal and flat out steals money from me! Unprofessional and way too personal at times. Has an office yet doesn't conduct much business there. Runs the business more like a hobby. All in all, it's the same old story. Mediocre and clique oriented. Boise is a very small town still. Rosie is very intelligent when it comes to manipulating contracts though. Always in her favor. Especially since she filed bankruptcy. A lot of talent that have worked through her have some very bad stories to tell. I didn't believe them until she did it to me. read more

Terrible working experience with this agent! It was so difficult getting ahold of Rosie and when I did, I would get one short text that would not address any concerns I had. Finally after realizing that this company was not reputable or reliable, I disputed the large fee I paid, and this company has given me nothing but trouble! This agent sold me on her business, did not provide adequate services, and still has the nerve to doggedly fight to even give me a partial refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS "Agency". This has to be the biggest scam I've ever came to encounter with. I've been "signed" with Rosie for two years now and haven't received one gig that I even qualify for. She makes you pay $500 for the membership fee and for portraits. I was deathly sick during the time of my appointment for pictures and she wouldn't allow me to reschedule. Not to mention these so called professional pictures were literally taken in the parking lot of the office. Her process is telling you want to hear, ( she told me "oh you'll make your money back in no time") and collect as many memberships as possible. Then she just mass sends gigs to all her clients regardless of the qualifications. For example I got an email today from her about a gig that needs 35-55 yr old singers, I'm 20... this place is a joke and I want my money back. read more
