However, she explained why and after noticing my undercut, stated the price and said she could still get it done in an hour. True to her word, I was washed, conditioned, interlocked, palm rolled and under the dryer at the 1 hour mark. I tried interlocking before with a different Loctician and was very disappointed so I was hesitant. Joy's work is impeccable and I couldn't be happier.
