I called on a Sunday, Eric responded- that was good. Said he could be here on Monday- he came determined what the problem was. Went to a plumbing supply house, but closed for Labor Day. Ok, so Tuesday he goes back to plumbing supply and finds out he has to order the Valve Stems to be replaced. Ok. They came in Thursday- And are installed- hmmm-need new handles and new stem sleeve. Ok he gets. Everything is put in. Handles are difficult to turn. He does an adjustment. Leaves. Sometime later I use the shower but wait- those new handles are still very difficult to turn on, especially the cold water one. I send text to Eric to please come over to readjust the tension on the two new handles. Well after many texts, no response, than response saying I will be there, but no show. Various days and times selected, never showed up. Has plenty of reasons why not. Answers text in untimely manner. The readjustment process is probably not more than a fifteen minute process. Said he would be here on the 19th, a Thursday. Never showed up. No text as to why. I texted him the next day. No response. I texted him the morning of the 21st, no response. Not waiting anymore. I called a different plumber to get the job done. Sent new text to Eric not to come over. No need to respond. I believe that he may know how to fix a problem but his business model needs to be greatly improved. And that's why the ONE Star Rating now!

The family operated Affordable Plumbing company was prompt, respectful, and fair in their price. Not to mention, they stayed late into the evening to make sure what they started working on was done and done correctly. They also came back the next day to clean up in the daylight so they didn't miss any details. Go with the local brothers at Affordable Plumbing! I will only call them from now on.

They gave us a time frame and called before coming. They also pre-provided the plumbers name who would be servicing our home and just some info about him like what his hobbies were. Great personal touch and we felt like we already knew him. There is a level of comfort there. The plumber quickly diagnosed what he needed to do when we told him what happened. He came in and quickly resolved our problem. A very nice polite young man who enjoyed his craft and is very knowledgeable. Lastly their price is VERY FAIR. Not expensive and that is also a plus. While we hope never to call them again, if we needed to we will call Universal Plumbing. Give them a try!

Even though they all claim emergency service, Bradley was the only ones to answer my call. They sent out a team first thing in the morning and had my water line fixed in less than 30 minutes. One thing that concerned me was that when I asked how much I owed the guys who fixed my pipe said the office would bill me. I was expecting a large bill but was surprised by a reasonable cost of little more than a hundred dollars. Overall, Bradley provided quick and quality work for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

I called Busy B out to take a look at my shower. The shower drain pipe had fallen away from the…read moreshower drain and I had the water draining out onto my slab underneath the fiberglass shower. The entire shower had to be removed and replaced. It turned into a somewhat complicated job, but they came out and got the job done. Despite the very hard working and polite plumber that was sent out to do the repair, I wasn't really happy with the work that had been done. I contacted the owner and emailed him pictures of the job and let him know I wasn't totally satisfied with the results. To my complete astonishment, the owner promptly called me back and agreed that it was unacceptable. He sent plumbers out to correct the issue and reworked the shower to my satisfaction. What was incredible, was that they ended up having to spend several extra days in labor and materials in order to complete the job and make a happy customer out of me. They did so with no fuss whatsoever. When I factored up the extra labor hours and materials they had to go through, I realized they actually took a loss to finish the job to my satisfaction. To say I was blown away is an understatement. I have not seen a business owner value his reputation above making a dollar in a very long time. It speaks volumes about how the business is run and it was incredibly refreshing to see that even in today's world there are still people of such integrity. I don't normally bother writing positive reviews but I was so humbled by the experience I felt I had to do something to pay back the business. It was honestly a surreal experience. I would recommend this business to anyone and I will certainly call them back out again if I ever have the need.

Monday came and I had to call and was told the guy who came was sick. Tuesday I called agian, mostly cause we payed $55 dollars, and asked for my money back as I had never even gotten the estimate.
