So my husband had to call out of work, yall had my info this entire time to not let me know my account was closed?! So if I didn't call over the time, me and my son would have went up there for them to be snooty and say your not being seen?! So, Dr. Kate got her feelings hurt over my rant and totally disregarded my son's medical needs . The receptionist told me well you know it's just really bad for business, and I'm like this is going to be really bad for your business. If a parent is willing to be civil for the child like I was, then the professional dentist should be able to be civil for the child! And before anyone says why didn't you just find another dentist after your feelings got hurt. Well, trying to find a dentist that is accepting new patients, one that takes Medicaid, and in a timely manner is close to impossible in Anderson. In fact, my 5 year old already had a cavity!
