Jesse and his team not only offered me an affordable solution but do a beautiful job every time. INITIAL QUOTE Jesse came over the same day I contacted him. Because my lawn is so large he needed to measure it to determine a special price package for me. I opted to pre-pay, which provided me with a generous discount. On the whole, Jesse actually under-priced the job per the time it takes to execute. He preferred to err to the benefit of his customer, and he refused to increase the charge after he committed to it. We agreed that we would do less cosmetic trimming to cut down on time, but Jesse still aims at perfection and he never leaves before everything looks perfect. MY LAWN & PROPERTY NOW Jesse has a huge mower that cuts the majority of the lawn. This is done without a bag, which I have no problem with. Jesse comes every week during the lawn-growing season here in Minnesota, to keep the lawn beautiful and manageable. In addition, he uses a smaller mower to get to areas that are tight (as between my tree line and fence). He also cut down and cleared a path through the woods to a wild spot behind my yards, then mowed it. I saw him bumping like a boat in a storm because the land was so uneven. He had to change the blades after that initial trim. From here on, he will keep that space roughly mowed for me and my dogs so we can enjoy the wilder part of our property. COST As I've mentioned, Jesse's prices are very reasonable; plus, when how much time and effort he spent, I was really impressed. I will continue working with Jesse and his team from here on for all my yard needs. I am hoping he can help me with lawn pest control as well and tree trimming as well.

The infestation was not eliminated and refused to honor the guarantee. My experience with him was very uncomfortable as he got aggressive towards me and some lady that was helping him, to the point where he started screaming in the lot and scared my elderly tenant to the point of crying. I had to go with another company to resolve the issue and even they were aware of his temper issues. When I filed a complaint with the BBB he started harassing me via text and making threats (similar experience to another lady that left a 1 star review here)...so I contacted the police for our safety. He even lied on the BBB response and said I was trying to discredit his business but that's again not true...when I have all the texts to prove it. He is a very unstable person to work with...he started off fine, but when this wasn't a quick easy buck for him to make, the mask came off. Even though the crew had the company's drawing. They did tear these out and replace them but not without complaint and attempted blame shifting. Then they replaced a large portion of our driveway and it flaked, peeled, and spaled the first winter .No salt was used on it and it saw little actual traffic. They did replace 1/2 of this area at no charge however it is just as bad now. Again no salt and minimal traffic. They did ask us what we think caused it..IDK they are the "experts" They have instructed us to pressure wash and seal the affected area. This "concrete" is not solid enough to withstand much washing... In the end we wasted our home improvement dollars on sub par quality that will not hold up at all. A very poor choice on our part. Had planed on more word for them , but that seems like a stupid move..

They were very slow to get back to me, said they couldn't provide a firm quote and wanted to work on a time and materials basis, which was a terrible idea since they charged for far more hours than were actually worked. They left their tools and trash all over the yard after they were finished for the evening, and they did a very mediocre job. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them.

I looked at some of their work and liked what I saw, so I signed a contract for design services. I got back a single piece of paper with some hastily scratched out ideas. I paid them for their overpriced design work and moved on. Happy to be done with them. Lots of other landscape designers out there, go find one that wants to work for you.
