Well - left 3 messages with answering service, 1 voice message with office manager, and I emailed them. I had to put in 30 gals of diesel on my own. They delivered on Tuesday. Never called to explain why I was empty - just said they were too busy. No explanation, no call back, I cancelled them. NOT because they missed an auto delivery by 2 weeks, more so that they never returned any of my requests for an explanation. Talked to Office Manager -- "We are just too busy" - I said ok, I am going to find a company that's not that busy..... good bye!

Just to provide detail I have 6 other in ceiling cassette units in my house. So in my renovation I needed one installed and two moved. Thousand dollars later and a final email that can't be done. After I spent the money to demo the area to do the job; they said can't be done by us. They should have just said it was beyond their abilities. They are unscrupulous; charging and charging knowing they can't do the job. It's not that the job can't be done; they just don't have the skills with these units. Go else where for installations and seems repair jobs are overpriced and sketchy from other reviewers.

I used a different name and number and a different reason for calling inquiring about a new system. He called about 15 minutes later as he was under the assumption I was a new client. I got on phone, toldnhim my concern. He said he would be out, never showed. So he had faulty intentions. Unfortunately , his business address is a single residence as I was physically going to go to the business. I understand things go wrong, but a professional business should deal with issues in a professional manner. Next Now to proceed legally. May call "Ben has my Back" I am not giving up! What's right is right. And for the record, my first time writing a bad review, as that's how bad they handled this issue.

Found Michael thru Yelp and since he was local I called and asked him for a quote on new…read moreboiler/heating system as ours was leaking a little bit. He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. My honest review- (First the good) True Blue installed a new FHA furnace in my home in 2016. All…read moregood, very professional. I was repeatedly told it had a 10 year warranty. Fast forward 9 years, it stops working. I emailed True Blue and Steve (owner) now tells me that there was only a 5 year warranty ( I even sent them the warranty card that I registered) He did send his guy right out. Joey was very nice. He cleaned the igniter and it fired right up (but only 1 time). It took him about 20 minutes total. Joey recommended they we replace igniter and flame sensor because they were "only sold in pairs" (this was not true as you will see in the photos). (Now for the bad) I had previously researched the parts, which were $41.00 for both. I asked Joey how much it would cost to replace both the igniter & flame sensor. He said that he called his office and they said $829.00. Really? For a 45-minute job? I asked Joey to break down the parts and labor and he said "I can't do that". I then asked "that must be about 5 hours of labor, right? (they charge $145/hour) He was very hesitant to answer but replied "maybe 3 or 4 hours labor". I paid True Blue $145 (1-hour min charge) and he left. So much for taking care of a loyal customer. I ended up calling another company. They came out and did a complete tune up. They charged me $165 total for everything, including the new parts. They also confirmed that my parts were in fact under warranty (but not the labor) . I am one of those people who is very loyal to a company that takes good care of me. In this instance, I 100% believe that True Blue was trying to take advantage of me.

All three times, the cost was totally reasonable. In fact, for all 3 services combined I paid less than a single visit from a franchised plumbing company cost for a single visit. The techs have all been great at explaining maintenance for things, and scheduling with them is wicked easy.

This place made me wait and then sent the dumbest technician I have ever met. I had to operate his…read moretablet for him and repeatedly point out that the information he was looking for wasn't on the unit's label while he constantly told me he wasn't very familiar with Lennox systems, even though I called them because they are a Lennox dealer. I ended up having to help him through checking everything. I eventually got an "estimate" that included overpriced repairs that cost as much as replacing the unit. It had a digital "signature" on it that just was the tech writing NA. I never actually signed anything. Nothing they sent me mentioned anything about late fees, but considering I was done with this company and couldn't get them on the phone reliably to pay I mailed a check. The check was never cashed, and I tried calling a couple times over the last year. Now almost a year later they email me telling me I have a years' worth of late fees because they never cashed the check. I finally was able to call during the day (not always easy for me). I got a person who again told me the person I needed had already left for the day. I told them if they wanted to be paid they needed to take the card over the phone right now. She agreed. Then told me the current balance. I refused to pay the late fees and told them I would authorize only the original balance. She put me on hold while she checked and then blind transferred me. The person answered like they had no idea who I was. I explained the situation again (very frustrating) and he knew exactly who I was and already had the information. He stated they have several ways to pay, except apparently those ways aren't check since I tried that. And none of the mailed "invoices" I received provide any payment information, terms and conditions, or anything but the current balance and how many days late it was. Just "Past Due - Please Remit" and an address along with a return envelope. But I had already tried that. This person claimed to be willing to take the payment, but when I rejected the late fees he claimed he needed to investigate and would get back to me. I told him I am not available during the day and he scoffed at me. I gave him one final chance to accept the payment without late fees right then or I was going to stop even attempting to pay as my life doesn't revolve around a waste of time diagnostic service with a technician that didn't know what they were doing. It shouldn't be this hard to pay them. The late fees should have never existed if they just cashed the check I sent or had ever provided me with payment instructions. other than "Please Remit", a return envelope, and an address. I will never use these people again. Everything with them is a clown show. Can't get straight answers, can't get things properly diagnosed. Can't get trained people. Can't even pay their bill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
