It is amazing the space I have as Patty took advantage of every nook and cranny. The cabinets arrived on schedule, the installation was well coordinated w/ the contractor and Patty came out several times to be sure everything was perfect. Patty followed up several months after the remodel was finished just to check that everything was still perfect! The referrals for countertops and plumbing were also very helpful. If you are going to remodel, after your trip to the big box stores, go to Signature Kitchen & Bath Design in Cupertino and you will stay for the best design and service at a very reasonable price for very high quality custom cabinets. We love our new beautiful contemporary spaces.

Patty and Kurt who are experts…read morein kitchen design and cabinetry, and own the business, bring their heart, experience, and care into every project, and we felt that every step of the way. From the very beginning, Patty listened thoughtfully to our vision, needs, and family's rhythm. I leaned on her expertise and trusted her recommendations completely. I'm glad I did. She took my aesthetics and ideas and skillfully incorporated them into a design that felt deeply "us," while elevating everything in ways I couldn't have achieved on my own. We now have more space, a peninsula where our whole family can eat, all without knocking down walls. This wasn't just a kitchen remodel for us; it was a kitchen that evolved with our family, and one we will enjoy for years to come as we move into the late elementary and junior high seasons of raising our kids. Patty and Kurt put their heart in the heart of the home! Patty said that "it takes a village," and that is exactly what this process felt like: a true village effort, thoughtfully coordinated to bring everything together beautifully. Their attention to detail was outstanding from precise measurements to careful planning, thoughtful execution, and consistent, attentive follow-up with us throughout the project. We always felt cared for, never rushed, and deeply supported in our decisions. Patty and Kurt treated us like partners in the process, not just clients, and their communication was clear, warm, and reassuring from start to finish. Our finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations in both beauty and function, and it brings us joy every single day. Friends, family, and neighbors continue to compliment the transformation and the quality of the design. If we ever need renovation advice in the future, Signature Kitchen & Bath will be our first call. We recommend Patty and Kurt without hesitation to anyone looking for experts in cabinet and kitchen design, genuinely care about their clients, and bring caliber and reliability to a renovation.

Anthony Cao, the owner, is super nice, knowledgably and pleasant to work with. They carry a couple major lines of cabinetry. I was able to find the brand that is slightly taller 34.5" that fits our needs (vs the standard 33"). The shop's focused on custom made or semi-custom made cabinetry. With my odd size vanity requirement, they were able to quickly offer a 3 cabinet solution that covered my needs. They will also suggest a couple countertop places to shop for and ordering via Excelle gets you a 10% discount. I visited the shop multiple times and happy to report that the experience has been consistently pleasant. Good coffee, good music, sound advice and they are super patient to let us visualize the colors and styles with different samples. Lead time is reasonable within a week for us and delivery was trouble-free.

We were set on using Shiloh Malibu cabinets with a reeded design and built the entire kitchen around this focal point, which made the design process both complex and unconventional. Throughout the journey, Kailun created what felt like 20 different design iterations and cost estimates, helping us carefully evaluate every possibility. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the result. The quality of the Shiloh cabinets is outstanding. The natural wood tones give the kitchen a warm, organic feel that is anything but bland. The variation in the wood grain makes the space feel truly unique and custom. We decided to mix two different wood tones, which initially made us a little nervous, but the final outcome exceeded our expectations. The soft-close features are excellent, and the craftsmanship is evident throughout. We highly recommend Kailun and the team to anyone looking for a thoughtful design process, exceptional service, and beautiful, high-quality cabinetry.

This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! We worked with Kelly who was amazing throughout the process. She is someone that really knows her field well and very customer oriented. She listened to us carefully and patiently, and created designs and drawings for us. There were a few times that we changed our minds and she was OK with those at all times; she always had her smile. Also, she is incredibly smart and proactive. For e.g. our refrigerator is next to the wall ; proactively she made sure that we are not stuck with only those refrigerator options; she included side bars (fillers) so that we can get any fridge we wanted. Any time we called her and asked her 'Kelly what do we do?' She would say 'don't worry. I thought about it for you'. She was always helpful and on spot when making decisions. She also has a good taste and if you ask her for design ideas, she would offer those to you without being too pushy. Kelly is also incredibly responsive. She responds to emails and messages very timely and thoroughly and it really shows that she is there to support you. Another amazing aspect of working with Kelly was that she made sure everything was perfect till the end. She checked with us throughout the process. For example, we had already put in and paid for our cabinet orders. Kelly knew we were getting new kitchen appliances. She asked us to send the model numbers since she wanted to make sure that everything will fit perfectly. Now our kitchen is all done! There were no issues with the cabinet installation. There are so many decisions to make and so many options AND so many stores you can go to...it was hard to know where to start. I'm so, sooo glad I came to Kitchen & Bath Design Center. I'd live to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Gianna who was tirelessly patient with me as I went through the process of finding fixtures, pull handles, faucets, tubs, toilets, etc.. I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted but Gianna was so patient and so kind. She helped me select and order everything for my two bathrooms and kitchen. She was clear and very communicative about when I could expect my items to be ready for pick-up (an extra challenge with the global supply chain issues). When we hit a snag on just one (of the many) bathroom items I ordered, she and Tom jumped through hoops to accommodate me and fix the problem. So while I hope to never have to renovate anything ever again, if renovations ever are in my future again, I would definitely come back here. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Great family-run business by people who care about their customers AND deliver excellent products. Thank you!!
