I went to the Harris Rd. location to get my 2017 Mercedes Sprinter van ac repaired. Sat there 4…read morehours and Scott said I'd need a new compressor and expansion valve. He said he would have to order the parts from Germany. He said he checked all the dealers and not any in the country had any? When I got home I called the Mercedes dealer in Duluth Ga. they said the parts were in stock. I called Scott and he sounded a little surprised. I said I am going to Duluth to get the ac repaired. When I got to the dealer they opened the hood and immediately said oh it's a broken belt. I said there must be a mistake it needs a new compressor and valve. They laughed and said there is nothing wrong with the compressor and valve. The van only has 6k miles on it. They replaced the belt and the ac works perfect. If you go to Christopher Trucks for repairs be careful or go to Mercedes in Duluth Ga. they were honest did great work and gave me a loaner!

Every tow company I called was completely slammed due to the weather. I called Josh at Carnesville Automotive around 5:30 PM on Sunday. After verifying he had a used tire in stock that would fit, he told me he'd be there in 30 minutes. He actually beat that time and arrived even earlier! Josh was incredibly kind and helpful. He pulled the wheel, took it back to his shop to mount the tire, and had me back on the road in no time at all. It is rare to find that level of service and genuine care these days.
