We found (Terrance) and he was quick with his responses, provided a great price (including him coming to your facility) and showed up ON TIME!! He was very knowledgeable about our buses and completed the job quicker than expected! We also had a Diesel bus that he was familiar with and we discussed him coming back to work on that one, so that we could get it back operable. I had to think about this…read morepost before I made it because as a business owner I understood you need your community to shop with you but it was so much done wrong in my situation I had to report it to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), imagine a business quoting you a price of $250 dollars and when you pick your vehicle up it changes to $769.54 yes you read that right... because they so called fixed stuff you didn't ask them to and they charge you and they broke 2 bolts off in your engine while taking the exhaust manifold off to replace it with the new one you purchased..... even tho they quoted you a price on exchanging the manifold they tell you oh we had to take other parts off to be able to take the manifold off and we didn't account for that when we quoted you the price, but from my experience you are supposed to do your research before quoting a customer so you can see exactly what you are getting into and how long it really takes, what tools you will need and also if your still not sure give them a price range instead of a exact price. Welllllll that didn't happen at all with me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU ARE READY FOR DON THE OWNER TO UPSALE YOU and not tell you until after the work is done. If I would have got a call saying hey we also seen that this needs to be fixed, do you want us to go ahead and fix it also and then they tell me the price and let me say yes or no, I wouldn't have a problem but when you do things like that and not consider the customers input is bad business, some people don't have money like that to spend ( this economy is already messed enough without people like Don robbing people without a gun) and on top of everything he tried to make it not look so bad by saying (it was supposed to be more than that but since I didn't give you a call first I just charged you $768.54) all because he broke the bolts off in the engine and charged me to fix something he done. I called two other shops and explained the situation and i was told what they do is they would fix it on their time and money no extra charge to the customer because they broke the bolts. Long story short stay away!

Johnathan got back to me quickly and said that we could do the install of a Disaster prevention kit…read morefor my F350 6.7 power stroke. He is very kind. When he arrived he jumped right to work. I unfortunately did not ask if had done this in the past. He watched some you tube videos before he came to do the install. Needless to say he had never done this before. While I was out there watching / handing tools as needed and such I discovered my Truck was the Ginny pig. So he kept referring back to the YouTube video for instructions on how to install the kit. He did break a heater hose that he did replace free of charge but I had to call him to get him moving on the replacement he was going to have one ordered and delivered and when he could get out here he would. I told him I needed the truck today and he came yesterday to fix it. I drove it to the store and it's only 10 minutes down the road and a hose popped off on my way to the store. So I purchased a screw driver and had to replace the hose myself in order to get it back home. Now let's skip to today. My wife drove the truck to work today and the kit is leaking under the manifold. While he was here he did tell me that he does not warranty aftermarket parts. In the videos I watched they pressure test the kit before the put it back together. This was not done. He did not do this. He is not going to offer any warranties on his labor. I would not recommend Johnathan for any work on any vehicle.
