They kept the boat for over a month and then finally when they called me back, explained what they thought it was and also admitted that they didn't have experience fixing it, but thought they could do it. They wanted to order an aftermarket part and quoted me more than for an original OEM. When I decided to pick up the boat and take it to someone with more experience with those issues, they billed me $255 and flat out said all they did was start it up and listen to it. Nothing else, not even summarized or anything. I was so disappointed with how unreasonable it was. i've had multiple other dealerships agree that charging me $255 for a diagnostic when they only cranked it up and listened to it is ridiculous. What's even worse is that other mechanics have told me that there is no way they could confirm what they're stating by only cranking and listening to it.

As soon as all the pictures were taken and food packed away, the owner Mike personally took care of both of our vehicles in probably the cleanest shop I've ever seen, complete with brand spanking new lifts! Men and women's bathrooms are clean, the large waiting area is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. They ALSO work on RVs and Boats, a true one stop shop!! You don't want anyone else working on your boat. They also have Wake boards, Wakesurf boards, skis, vests, ropes, etc. They are new and are building up their inventory, so I expect more is to come.
