I drove my car up the line went in to check it in with my keys and left. I came back after doing some errands and paid and went home. Very simple, easy process. The only thing I didn't like was the cost of my oil change...keep in my I took in a large BMW which is just a money eater anyway. I ended up paying about $170 for just an oil change. Needless to say I don't drive that vehicle anymore. Other than that, great service, fast and stress free.

Called them beginning of April to ask if they do transmisssion fluid changes on CVT transmissions…read moreand if they could change my brake fluid as part of my car maintenance. I was told yes they could do it, they scheduled me for a little over 2 weeks out. (Today April 28th to drop off 29th to do work) I asked them if they could take my Bridgestone credit card and I explained that the card company was how I go their name as a referral because they have them on the list as a business near me that takes the card. So he tells me that he isn't sure because he has never had anyone try to use one there but that I can bring the card in before the work is done and they can run it for a few dollars to make sure the card works in their system before they do almost $700 in maintenance. So I call them today to ask them what time I can come in to try and run the card, the owner then decided to tell me that he doesn't WANT to take the card so in other words he can, he just chooses not to is how I'm understanding this...(this is AFTER I have waited over 2 weeks to get it done) so I tell them to cancel my appointment for the next day because I had to figure something else out financially. So I call them back about an hour later and asked them to please reschedule me because I had the funds to pay for it. So the lady says the owner is out to lunch and they will call me back in about an hour. Well needless to say nobody ever called me back so I called them back and she says to hold one moment while she goes and asks him if they can put me back on the schedule, to which he gives her some made up story about how he did some further checking and he can't do a drain and refill on a CVT transmission. Come on....when I called the first time they had to check with the owner to make sure they could do it and he said yes of course he could do it. Now all of the sudden after I wait almost 3 weeks now to get the work done he can't even reschedule me for another day he just won't do it. I'm sorry I had to figure out my finances after you refused to accept my card. I am a widow and I don't just have $700 laying around!!! I hope Karma comes back around for you tenfold!!! 19 year old son took a vehicle he just bought to this place and asked them to diagnose problems,…read morefix a reverse (transmission issue) and change out glow plugs...he told them he had 2,000 and low and behold the bill was 2,000... $271.33 in parts and the rest was labor... I had two seasoned mechanics (not from this area so no competition) look at the bill and the narrative on the bill and BOTH mechanics gave me the same exact opinion and quote and said we were overcharged by $900...we went in and tried to discuss this with the owner and were told that they are a "top notch shop" unlike others and that they knew they had a budget of $2000 and that they told my son up front...my son said that he did tell them he had $2000 but the last time he spoke with the shop the bill was 1,500 and he thought they would be replacing glow plugs....this didn't get done and when he picked it up the bill was $2,000...I asked why he didn't receive a estimate in advance and he said they can't do one because things could come up to impact the estimate... Either way...labor is outrageous and we will not be using this shop again...
