I had beanbag covers personalized for my girls. It took almost a week for them to come back, but…read morethe embroidery was really nice and professional looking. The downside is that the wording was off-center. Doesn't seem like a huge deal, but after paying $120 +tax at Pottery Barn Kids for these beanbags I was pretty pissed that the wording wasn't perfect. So, I called and conveyed my dissatisfaction... Not only did they refund me my money, but Jackie worked really hard to help me find another logo to add to the covers to make me feel better about the mistake. I felt it was unreasonable to ask them to buy new covers for wording that was off... Because the quality and service was good, I will go to them first for any personalization I need.

First of all let me start that I started doing business with this company about two years ago and I…read morethought they were great when they were smaller. Once they moved out of their small location and into a warehouse they have become extremely inconsistent and the last time that I came in with the same uniforms that I have been bringing they turned me away stating that now they have changed their policies and they do not take outside items. Here is were the first problem start I wished I would have received a prior notice to this and I never received an email or a letter and mind you they have all that information in their system. They stated that they now do not take outside items after I had paid the fee of embroidery and it was just so simple to order new uniforms as new employees came in. They have also changed their policy to by appointment only. As a business owner who has time for appointments I always try to use small businesses but no wonder corporate companies are running over small businesses. I will now take my business with rush order tees who have been amazing and helping me transition as I needed my uniforms as soon as possible. And to the owner good luck with your new policy you have just lost a loyal customer.

I brought in a pink suit jacket and matching pants that I wanted altered for a more modern look. I wanted the pants tapered and shortened to an ankle length, and I was very specific about the style I was trying to achieve. In the past, I've had alterations done where the hems weren't crisp or too much fabric was removed, leaving the garment looking obviously altered. This experience was completely different. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered it perfectly. The finished suit looks as though it was designed and purchased that way from the start. The tailoring is clean, professional, and precise. If you're looking for someone who pays attention to detail and truly listens to her customers, I highly recommend Lily's Cleaners & Alterations.
