She followed up regularly with me, even through the busy holiday season she was available to answer any questions I had. I gave her a computer file of my logo and asked her about what colors would make my sign stand out most and she gave them. We made the sign and it looks EXACTLY like my logo. It lights up at night for potential customers. They don't overcharge you when they very well could and on top of that had my print done overnight on a FRIDAY. Mine was a smaller job, but for that reason they could've pushed it off for the higher paying prints and they didn't. Terrible…read moreexperience, I paid them to print 3 outdoor signs plus installation, First, The print quality was so bad, Colors did not match the original design (Clearly printed on low settings) and their installer damaged the signs during installation, He even left the screws exposed, I reached back to their manager Jim Henderson to correct the issue, First he blamed the sun light for the color change, Then he blamed the original design and when I proved him wrong he started to become rude and used foul language, Now he starts lying and claiming that we chose a lower price option even though we paid him what he asked for including payment for installation service. No reputable print shop accepts to deliver or even offer this kind of cheap quality to their customers. This company will screw your project and will not refund your money and they will turn their back on you as soon as they find out that you are not satisfied. Be aware!
