Complete equipments for the training. The mannequins are so hi-tech it lights up red or green when your compressions are too fast/slow which gives you direct feedback. 3 hours of class went by super fast! Steve knows how to keep his class fun! The building was very easy to find. They even provide a snack bar when you get hungry in class. If you're one of those people that gets distracted in class easily or falls asleep watching long videos, I would highly suggest for you to go here. When in discussion about cancellation, RED Safety tried to tell me it was illegal to call and cancel over the phone. No. It's not. So.. they also lie about that to try and keep with their whole predatory fake contract practice of charging people beyond contract date. Just avoid them at all costs. Go with ADT. better customer service, better equipment, they actually monitor your system and call you when it goes off AND they can cancel when you call.

After waiting over an hour with no update or email (despite a sign stating that we would receive one upon check-in), I asked about my place in line. I was told they couldn't help me. When I asked again about the missing email confirmation, I was told I'd need to sign in again and start my wait all over, essentially wasting the hour I had already spent. At every step it felt like I was hitting intentional barriers rather than being helped. The lack of communication, transparency, and empathy for students -- many of whom are juggling jobs and classes -- is unacceptable. This office badly needs a modernized system and staff who are willing to assist students instead of pushing them back to the start.
