ZERO STARS for this company. I expect retained legal counsel to operate with absolute institutional compliance and formal decorum. This firm fails egregiously at basic administrative etiquette. After retaining this firm for a high-stakes, multi-year Social Security Disability appeal involving severe physical trauma from documented medical torts, Managing Partner Avi Leibovic immediately defaulted to lackadaisical mannerisms, unacceptable informal phrasing, and highly inappropriate familiar gestures. When explicitly provided with formal written directives to correct his tone and address me by my formal title, his office chose to evade accountability entirely rather than rising to standard corporate protocol. Worse yet, he had the audacity to prematurely solicit a glowing public review before he had delivered any actual results or executed the foundational work required for your high-stakes case. Despite doing zero actual work and failing to move the file forward, they aggressively solicited a positive public review early in the engagement, prioritizing their online reputation over case execution. They expect to collect premium statutory fees off the backs of fragile, disabled clients while refusing to provide the baseline human respect, high-speed execution, and airtight compliance that serious litigation demands. They failed to even open or review the pristine, pre-assembled evidentiary and judicial attachments sent to them for a Dire Need case; They collect premium statutory fees off the backs of fragile, disabled clients but refuse to provide the baseline human respect, high-speed execution, and airtight compliance that a serious litigation file demands. If you are a high-stakes client or a survivor of complex medical trauma who requires rigorous, formal representation, take your business elsewhere. This firm is an absolute operational failure. read more

--- I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service provided by my disability lawyer during my recent hearing. From our first meeting to the day of the hearing, their professionalism, expertise, and unwavering support made a significant difference in my experience. Throughout the process, my lawyer took the time to thoroughly explain every step, ensuring I felt informed and confident. They were attentive to my concerns, prepared all necessary documentation, and presented my case with clarity and conviction. I felt genuinely supported and understood, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. The hearing itself went smoothly, thanks to my lawyer's meticulous preparation and strategic approach. I walked away feeling hopeful and optimistic about the outcome. Now, as I await the judge's decision, I am reassured knowing I had such a dedicated advocate by my side. I highly recommend [ Avi Leibovic, Esq.] to anyone in need of a disability lawyer. Their commitment to their clients and their expertise in the field are truly commendable. Thank you Felicia Devoe and Family --- read more

I spoken to Mr. Leibovic maybe two times at least and I have left some message about the status of my case. I have gotten no answer from no one yet. I am kind of leery about the Lawyer's able too handle my SSI case because him and his stuff in the office do not know how too answer their calls. He said that; " He would take my case." But my question is how can you take someone case if you do not let the clients know what's the status of their case? I am sitting home trying to recover but I am also bored. I need to know what is going on and I need to know the next steps are going to be. I love to have a lawyer who knows how to communicate. read more

I had never need to retain an attorney before... but I did. The one that I had chosen was disbarred 2 weeks from my hearing with an ALJ. Avi and his team stepped in on short notice and represented me with my SSDI case. He is a great attorney, very proactive and transparent, knowledge that is impeccable and a righteous man to be a voice for you in representation. I strongly recommend Avi and his team if you are searching for legal representation!!! If I ever had to do it again, he would be my 1st choice, always! read more
