I originally hired this attorney knowing I had a hearing coming up relatively soon within 60 days after I had signed my retainer with him, he advised me that I was NEVER a client and that he had other clients, "blowing me off at this point" he had to work with, after he had accepted my consultation with him to work and that he'd gladly take on my case. So about 24 days prior to my scheduled hearing then decides it's not enough time for him to work on my case, "when in the 1 1/2 hour consultation I had with him, he stated he would request the courts to give him more time." He's Silly, I see why he received a 1 star from a client he represented during a special needs case back in 2022 from the site AVVO! Now I'm questing he is not an expert NOT even when it comes to bankruptcy law! He's a fake and phony individual, nothing but a shiesty shark! He also never mentioned that there was a deadline he needed to submit things to court, your WRONG for what you did. You should have followed up me with me to see if you needed anything further which you did not, you jumped to conclusions and assumptions! A business entity should NEVER argue with a customer/client it's NOT a good look! He also delayed in sending me the retainer by 2 weeks insane. But since he's the attorney only he can do things delayed or not in a timely manner. Not the client, this man is on a power trip and prays upon his clients especially single individuals! If you don't do things when he wants he will let you go as a client when he is the one who committed wrong! Your sin will find you, your past reflects your future!

WARNING!! Rude and haughty! Extremely disrespectful!…read moreSTAY AWAY!! We called to ask a simple question, but were told we need to schedule a "consultation" which would be about $450 per hour. The office kept calling us and sending reminders to be on time. We got there exactly on time, but yet needed to wait about 15 minutes for the attorney to join us. A secretary asked us to complete a form with our private info, including SS# and more. We kindly dismissed it, stating "we only have a question". A short middle age fellow in a gray suit entered, said "Hello"" and asked why we were there. We started to ask the question, when someone from or party took over asking the question. The middle age fellow, who we assume was Mr. Zaltz, interrupted and asked a question. I proceeded to answer "AKA name, and the last name". Then I said "Whatever". Meaning, it was irrelevant to the question we had. Mr. Zaltz turned towards myself and my husband and said in a very loud rude voice, "When I ask a question, you don't answer "Whatever". You respond and do as I say! And when my girls in the office tell you to do something, you do it without question!" I turned to my husband blankly and shocked! We stared at each other for a moment. The other party continued to explain our question, as Mr. Zaltz again turned to us and started to yell. "If you don't like what I am telling you and you cannot follow my rules, you can get the hell out of my office!" My husband and I stood up immediately and slowly walked out. The audacity to yell at a potential client and a woman, was just too much to sit through. I do not recommend this "Attorney" for anyone. Do not believe all the positive reviews which are posted. There is no way that a so -called attorney would get those reviews honestly. We hope this will prevent others form being shamed as I have.

I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. Bonnie answered all of my questions, and offered solutions for dealing with health insurance that I had not previously been aware of. Bonnie was very respectful when my husband and I met with her and we both felt comfortable. Our situation was relatively easy, with not a lot of disputes between my husband and me on how to divide our assets so everything went very smoothly. Bonnie handled everything efficiently and competently. Bonnie was very timely in getting back to me with any questions and was responsive through e-mail and text throughout the process. Our divorce had some pauses during this process as I was not sure I was ready to proceed, but Bonnie was patient and never pushed me to do anything until I was ready. As our mediator, she couldn't represent us in court for filing the divorce, but she offered a terrific solution where she helped us step by step to file it ourselves at a fraction of the cost of hiring another attorney. Bonnie made a stressful process easy, and we felt very fortunate to have found her. Our bill reflected only the time she had to invest, and was very fair and reasonable. Bonnie gives lawyers a good name!
