After being denied his claim for the second time, they don't want to appeal his claim because my husband hasn't "continued treatment ". That's ridiculous considering he's currently under treatment and has been with the Hospital for Special Surgeries. He actually has to get a third operation on his back. But because this firm doesn't listen to their clients or answer their voicemails or check their fax machines they are wasting very valuable time of their clients.
