It took three times longer for my husband's workmen's comp case to be settled and as far as his disability claim? Well evidently it's just too much work for them. After being denied his claim for the second time, they don't want to appeal his claim because my husband hasn't "continued treatment ". That's ridiculous considering he's currently under treatment and has been with the Hospital for Special Surgeries. He actually has to get a third operation on his back. But because this firm doesn't listen to their clients or answer their voicemails or check their fax machines they are wasting very valuable time of their clients. I urge anyone considering this firm to do your homework and be very cautious. These people do not care.

I did not need them at all for this I could have done it all on my own and get the same results. please beware.

I had to re open my case with the help of WCB legislators in Washington and I got my self paid. My injuries were bad and disfiguring to my face. Randy Jacob, who never met or seen me told the worker compensation that "I had no injuries" he is currently being sued. Lawyer grievance don't harm Jew attorneys who hurt black peopl. They never submitted anything for my case and hurt my case by this illegal delay.
