I purchased a new Continental boat trailer for my Carolina Skiff from Boathouse Discount Marine…read more The service department at Boathouse Discount Marine did a great job properly "fitting" the trailer for my boat. I was excited to bring my boat home but to my surprise when I arrived home I noticed that my new trailer had a flat tire. I immediately contacted Boathouse Discount Marine to let them know what happened and without delay they took charge to resolve the problem. I brought in the flat tire and to my satisfaction I was provided a new tire and rim for my trailer that same day!

He answered every question and concern that we had. He was very clear about prices and cost of installation. We left with no questions as to what happens next. This is the place to go for Sylvan pontoons. The service department is quick and friendly.

I'd love to have a yellowfin but I can't afford it so i get on the salt water with a well craft center console , one day I hope i can afford one of hamants high end boats, but until then Ill just stick with my self built "Frankenstein" boat. Some of the works of art I've seen leaving that shop are pretty dang amazing. Even though I didn't buy a full boat from hamant I did buy most of the parts to build mine. The prices are great and they treated me like a customer that had purchased a new boat. Even gave me tips when I was building my own. You always hear good things from hamant boat OWNERS I say it like that because when your out on the marsh you will hear about "cousins brothers wife's best friends husband " had one and a bolt fell off. The tip of my hubs fishing reel broke off recently during a trip. He said he might be able to cut it and "repair" it for him. We purchased the kit and Troy did his magic. My hubs is definitely pleased. Seems to be a lot of employees walking around but none seem to be engaging with the customers. I walked around the apparel section many times. Saw employees. They were talking amongst each other. But no one to say hello or asked if i needed anything. Ended up finding my own sizes and going to ask for price checks on my own. A few clothing items were misplaces even though that SAME selectin was all on one arm with the sign displaying, but the cashier wouldnt honor it even though I showed her the picture. I wasn't going to fuss with her, I ended up not purchasing it. Do better! This location we may not frequent but might try another location and hope to have better service and luck.
