Said no thanks, picked up my boat, bought the parts retail and did it myself for less $300, in less than an hour. Would have cost me over $1,200 there. And sloooowwwww, lucky if they touch your boat in a week, even just for a quote and you won't get pricing in writing for repairs. I brought my 2012 Tundra to Daves beach auto repair shop, I told them I know what's wrong with it…read morebecause I took it to Discount Auto they told me the code , which was a injector sensor bank 2 , I believe code was 1441, so I waited for them to check my truck, no word 1st day so the second day it was there I went to the shop & said when will you look at my truck they said it's next , so they checked it out & said it was the problem I knew it had injector sensor, they said it would be a week before they could get the part , I said no good I need my truck sooner than that, they then charged me 67.00 for basically nothing , I took it to another shop & told them what had happened at Daves , they said they could get any part within 3 days, part comes from Hewitt Technology. PS. My tire was curbed after I had an alignment two days before from buying new tires from Franks tires , this happened at Daves Beach auto repair . I feel they could have told me in the beginning that they were backed up , so I feel they were dishonest, I wasted time and money there so yes one star for being friendly. I will never use them again . Fred Bucher / Cape local

LIAR - Do NOT trust Mike Goldberg Both my husband and I have…read morebeen using Seaside Auto for 12 years, but never again. I usually schedule our service with Roger (co-owner) but he was not working when I called to have a tire looked at. After looking at the tire Mike told me that it could not be patched and needed to be replaced. Of course he put the fear of God in me when I said that I wasn't prepared to replace the tire and asked to just add air to it, he said that I could have a blowout any second. After some discussion, I reluctantly agreed to purchasing 2 new tires. I had recently purchased all 4 Michelin tires from Seaside and asked if they would offer an adjustment for the replacement. Mike said "Did I cause you to get the nail in it?" I also asked if he would apply a loyalty discount because I had previously received that, he said NO! So, he had to order the tires and told me that it would be ready the next afternoon. When I returned to pick up and pay the $550+ I told him that I would not be back because of his ugly attitude. He said "Well, you were asking for everything free!" This is EXACTLY why I said that he is a LIAR...the word free never came out of my mouth, which makes me fully believe that he can't be trusted.

I can't say enough great things about this shop. I came in with what felt like a complete lemon --…read morea problem no one else could seem to figure out -- and they didn't just take a shot in the dark and send me on my way. They stayed with it. From start to finish, the team at Seaside kept me in the loop, stood behind their work, and made it clear they were committed to actually solving the issue -- not just patching it. That level of honesty and follow-through is rare. They got me safely back on the road when other places couldn't, and that's not something I take lightly. I'll absolutely be coming back, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

Before i get into my horrible experience at this place, I'll let you know that you can expect to…read moresee a nasty response to it by All Auto Salvage... Because that's how he handles his negative reviews. He refers to his unhappy customers as inept, idiots having personal problems and encourages them to never come back. This is who you will be dealing with.. So if you are a novice and don't know much about mechanics and what parts look like, don't go here. This place is for people that know what they're doing. If you don't, You will most likely get screwed big time. I ordered a part for my vehicle that my mechanic told me to look for. I went on their website, put in the information for my vehicle and saw that they had the part that fit my vehicle. They pulled the part. I came to pick it up. I paid them $80 for the used part and they handed me the part and the receipt. Have a nice day ma'am. I brought it to my mechanic and they said it was not the correct part. No problem.. Mistakes happen. They have a supposed 30 day return policy. When i came to return the part, they insisted it was not the part they sold me so I'm out of luck. They insisted on this because the color of the marker on the part wasn't "their color" and it had to come from somewhere else. So the rect THEY gave me was different from the part THEY gave me, and I didn't know how to tell the difference.. Since i didn't know the color or their sharpie. He had no intention of honoring his return policy. He basically acted as if i was trying to screw him over.. As if I went shopping for a worthless part at another junkyard just to bring it to him for a refund. He essentially accused me of trying to pull one over on him. The part i returned was the part that was handed to me by All Auto. It's not like i have parts hanging around. And it's not me to be dishonest and screw people over. So it certainly is NOT MY PROBLEM if they handed me a part that was incorrect. I'm a really calm and subdued person... As anyone that knows me will tell you. But this guy was so nasty and demeaning that i COMPLETELY lost my sh"@:! It's really hard to get me to that point. This has happened maybe one other time in my 48 year life. Obviously, i didn't get my refund. My caution to you: unless you are a mechanic that knows parts well and can either pull the part themself or can check that the part they are handed is correct, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Enter at your own risk....
