I had to fly to WA to spend his last living days before taking him off of life support. So many thoughts ran through my head on what I needed to do & how to do it. My mom said "Dont worry I know who to call" she called Dave & his staff. From the beginning of the process to the end our family received the most respectable customer service. We were not treated as customers but as FAMILY! The entire decision process was heartfelt & warm. On the day of my husband service Sept.15.16 all I was thinking about is how this was going to be my last time seeing the love of my life, kissing him, holding him one last time as well as my kids. Everything happened so fast I did not get a chance to put my ring on his finger, because I wanted us to exchange our rings so that we would always have each other's ring for a lifetime. What Dave did for me I would always cherish for eternity. Our culture is very strict and the one thing I couldn't bare was to not have been able to give my husband my ring, and Dave did just that he put my ring on my husband finger. I cried with so much love & peace in my heart knowing that my husband will always have a part of our lives that made us one my wedding ring. I had to ask for a required document for transport of human remains. After I sat at the Funeral Home for over 40 minutes, I left because I had to use the bathroom. I got home which I only live 5 minutes away and was called by the Funeral Home in Wasilla that the Funeral Dir was was there and wanted to know where I was. I said I would be right there. I drove up to the Funeral Home and waited an additional 10 minutes for the Dire to hand my brothers ashes to me. when I looked for the Certificate of Human remains it was not with my brother. I was told a week ago that his death certificate was ready, I asked that send it in the mail. I still have not received it almost two weeks later. Very Poor Customer Service.

We had the worst experience with the general manager B Spink who chose to represent a divided family against one another. The untruths that came out of that mans mouth was utterly disgusting. I was my mothers guardian for the past two years and literally did not have any help from other family members, without hearing both sides of the situation, he chose to inject himself into a family situation instead of being a biased party like he should have. he had no business inserting himself as the other partys representative, He repeated and spewed untruths, he proceeded to demand i cough up 2400 because i was my mothers guardian, he demanded that i give him my mothers attorneys name. We had to have our attorney write him a letter to set the record straight, the worst part when my brother and i went to his office to confront the untruths, he behaved so unprofessionally and proceeded to holler and demand at one point slamming his fists on the desk. My brother and I who btw were the only two that cared for our mother during the last two and half years and my husband were trespassed from the funeral home, not being able to say goodbye to our mother. Who does that.
