They said my roof was in good condition and just needed tiles replaced and should get at least 3 more years out of it. They could have easily said we needed a new roof. That was not the case and the next day they had a crew replacing the tiles. You will not find a more honest roofing company as KMR Roofing. The cost of the repairs was honest and could not be beat. The crews work was clean and very professional. I called another company to have the roof treated for roof algae prevention and was told the roof tile repairs were the best they ever seen. When it is time for a new roof, I will be using KMR Roofing.

Since there is no permit required for this type of work we will be having this completed next week.  In regards to the sinkhole, Sea-Tech's proposal included free backfill! I am very pleased so far!
