I called All City Plumbing the next morning at like 9am and they were able to schedule me in a time slot from 10am-12pm. Something interesting about this company is they use an AI virtual assistant that sounds like an actual human it's kind of creepy but "she" helped me pretty quickly unlike other virtual assistants. I ended up receiving a call around 9:30 letting me know that unfortunately my time I booked was no longer available and the next time was at 11am-1pm, I of course was willing to accept the time change since we only have the 1 toilet in the house My plumber arrived around 12:50pm (very timely) and was very friendly and assessed the situation ‍ He ended up telling us he needed to grab a tool at Home Depot down the street so he left and came back and finished up his work. Thankfully it was a relatively quick fix with his total time spent with us being 2 hours. We are so happy that he was able to resolve our toilet troubles and give us peace of mind. The price was also very very reasonable, I've never hired a plumber before so I was expecting something crazy but this was affordable Very easy to work with, I highly recommend them!

He charged me $145. So I don't know if our service guy from All City was incompetent or malicious but I will never use them again. Update - following the review and a phone call the $350 bill was dropped. Obviously they have lost my trust permanently. But thought I should include the final outcome in this review.

Scammers! Avoid this company. They sent a photoshopped certificate of insurance when I asked them…read more Literally had date outside of the coverage date. Further it had some random company name on there. Called the insurance agent and was told they must have self issued it. I called their insurance carrier and reported them for fraud. They are photoshopping and self issuing insurance certs. They have no workers comp, so if someone gets injured on your property you're on the hook for paying out. Reported them to the DCA. They are either not insured, or under insured, or plan on doing bad work and don't want their insurance on the hook. Whatever the case avoid these guys. Electrical is too important to risk. Update #1: They tried to say the updated insurance they sent is legitimate. Except its not. I ran it thru Claude. Here's the result. It was built using a PDF editing app. So again, not generated by an insurance program as it should be. Simply Business has no record of this cert. Update #2: Ruben replied below. Please note, that even their contract doesn't have the same address as their supposed insurance certificate. On the contract its 10768 10th Ave, Hesperia, CA 92345, and the fake insurance 17052 Carlann Cir Apt A, Tustin, CA 92780. I only realized this after speaking with their agent. Contract address attached. Update #3: Complaints filed. Screenshots attached. Stop sending fake insurance docs, and get actual workers comp and proper Insurance.
