Even after botching the initial treatment, there wasn't as much as an apology, let alone discount, when being told i needed the 2nd treatment (which Also resulted in a 2nd discolored, smaller bump) Vivida scheduled another follow-up for me & since i did not want to be charged for any more services & i didnt want to potentially have a 3rd "issue"/bump, i decided not to make it to the follow-up when a work matter came up.
