Anarie couldn't have been a greater pick for wedding hair and makeup. I did a trial with Ali and Kerstin a few months prior to my wedding, and that really solidified that I'd made a great choice in ladies that would listen to my vision and make me feel naturally beautiful. Kerstin worked with me to get my hair just right during my trial - she asked super detailed questions, like if I wanted my part straight or a little more crooked/natural, or for my updo if I wanted my hair to cover my ears all the way, halfway, or none, etc. Perfect for someone who is a little picky about their wedding day hair (guilty)! On the wedding day, she replicated the trial hair exactly and I was 100% happy with it. Plus it stayed put all day without looking stiff. I know nothing about makeup, but somehow Ali took my very vague description of how I wanted to look and executed it perfectly. Again - she listened to the details, like the fact that I hate how I look with any kind of eyeliner underneath my eye. Also - my skin is TERRIBLE (dry, red, acne-prone), so during my trial she gave me some skincare tips and told me some great/affordable products to use, which really helped calm my skin down and clear it up before my wedding. Of course that made my makeup look SO much better too. They also did hair and makeup for all my bridesmaids and the two mothers, and I thought everyone looked amazing. I cannot thank Anarie enough for their communication, dedication, and professionalism. Communication was so quick with them, and they were patient as I adjusted what I was wanting for hair/makeup. They did my hair/makeup for our engagement pictures--which was so much fun! Fast forward many months of me adoring their work from afar, and it was finally my wedding day. Ali, Andrea, Erika, and Bri arrived at our cabin rental on time and completely took over the living room area. It was so cool to see them set up and their professionalism throughout was topnotch.
