I went to pick it up and he wouldn't let me see the phone before I paid in order to inspect the work. Upon payment as soon as I looked at the screen I noticed something was off. The refresh rate was way too slow and there was a noticeable lag when I swiped through my phone. There was also a substantial difference in the colors on my screen. I immediately brought it to his attention and he said "that's normal. It will still work just fine" and offered no solutions to my problems. The next day I noticed something else not quite right about the screen; it's absolutely draining my battery life on my phone. My 15 pro max used to last all day of constant use and still have battery left at the end of the day. Now if I look at a text or scroll less than 5 TikTok's it will eat 10% of my battery. As far as the speed of the repair, if you really need something fixed fast I guess I would recommend them for that. If you want a quality repair with quality parts, find someone else to do the work.

My Samsung S23 Ultra took a bad fall. Part of the screen's pixels died and the camera stopped working completely. I brought it into Campus Mobile Solutions, and CJ had it fixed in about 1-2 hours. I grabbed some food and caught up on work while I waited, and by the time I came back, it was ready to go. What stood out most was his honesty. He was upfront about pricing from the start, with no surprises and no upselling. Before I paid, he walked me through the phone and made sure every function was working properly, including the screen and camera. That kind of care is rare.
