My friend has season tickets with an awesome view of the goal so it was SUPER FUN tonight watching The Anaheim Ducks beat the New York Islanders 5-1 at the Honda Center!!!!! I often accompany her to Ducks games and today was the first time this season. We sit near a mother (90-something) and son (60-something) who are there every game. The son has a huge bellowing voice to yell "Let's Go Ducks!!" No doubt the players can hear him from the ice rink. The Honda Center is full of adrenaline and pep and it's entertaining to watch people as much as it is to watch the game! The new parking structure is really nice! I didn't understand why my friend insisted on parking backwards but then it totally made sense as we left just now because it's much easier to join the line of departing cars if you're driving forward. ALSO, if someone kind makes room for you in the line. Thank you, kind person! Back to the Honda Center--we got some chicken tenders and curly fries for $15 for dinner because we were hungry after work. (Usually we just get Dole whip soft serve pineapple (yum))! Generous portions of real chicken meat in three huge tenders which were well cooked and seasoned, on a mountain of curly fries--very satisfying! You grab your own condiments to go, so I got ranch and ketchup. The Ducks played very well and it was fun sitting next to a 5-year-old boy and his dad--the boy was enraptured with the game, shouting things like "Ducks, do better!" To which his dad replied, "well, we ARE winning". I went to my first Ducks game back in 1996, 30 years ago when Paul Kariya was playing. It's still a super fun team to watch live!! been a die hard ducks fan since i was little, i've been a fan since rakell getzlaf perry and fowler were on the same team- i went to see the ducks on my birthday and they won in shootout! it was a really good game overall and in november of the 2025-26 season we made it to the top of the leaderboard! Parking was included in our ticket, which was great since I expected to pay an extra $15-25. The parking service did a decent job directing cars into the structure, but once inside, it became pretty confusing and difficult to find open spaces. Because of that, we ended up missing the first two minutes of the 1st period. Inside the arena, the staff were extremely friendly. From the concession stand workers to the ushers helping guide people to their seats, everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, and it made the atmosphere even better. We punched a bottle of water, which was definitely overpriced, so I was really glad we ate before coming. We sat in the 400 section, and while the view was good, the seats were a little tight, especially sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with other groups. And for anyone attending a hockey game for the first time, definitely bring a jacket as it gets pretty cold once the stadium starts to empty out. I've been attending hockey fan most of my life. The Ducks are my local home town NHL team. I try to get out to at least 1 game a season and hopefully 3 or 4 games. Sat in the club seats, 300 level. The great thing about the Honda center for hockey is that there isn't a bad seat in the house. Most seats provide a full view of the ice and the jumbotron is there if there's a corner or pocket that you can't see clearly from your seats. FWIW I'm not much of a sports guy, in fact hockey is the only sport that i regularly watch. While TV is nice, the in-person atmosphere inside an NHL arena is definitely a great experience that should be on your list of activities that need to be experienced to fully appreciate. This is my first game in about 20 years. Oh how I miss the Ducks! I'm not living the orange uniforms but I get it. Got great seats on Seat Geek. It wasn't very full as it was veterans day weekend. It was military appreciation night and we all got a free hat. It was a nice study hat! They really know how to keep the crowd cheering and rowdy. Not sure how the parking situation is worse with the new parking structure, but it is (as of 11/2/2025). 1. They encourage attendees to use the Katella entrance, but on 11/2/25, we could only enter if coming west on Katella or northbound from the 57 (from the east or south of the arena). Traffic was backed up for a couple of blocks, only a couple of cars getting through each green traffic light cycle. Pedestrians were getting to the arena faster than the vehicles. 2. Coming eastbound on Katella, there was no option to turn left. We were directed to loop around the east side of the property through the Cerritos entrance. 3. Driving through the parking structure is a slow process, even though they have staff directing traffic. They need to take a page out of Disneyland to better control the flow of vehicles to available parking spots. 4. Exiting the building, there was no immediate signage or arrows pointing out which direction you should walk to get back to which lot. Had to walk a ways for a "you are here" sign and ended up asking security who also wasn't 100% sure. 5. Foot traffic was also slow. Lots of people being herded through narrow paths, a handful of elevators, and stairs. 6. Driving out of the structure is about as bad as before with the old lots. As always, the process would go a lot smoother if people would just let other drivers merge sequentially. But your mileage may vary. read more

I LOVE/HATE THIS TEAM! I gravitate towards the Ducks the most out of all the California NHL teams. I don't hate the Kings but they're not my style. However, the Kings treat their fans better than here. Yes, there's giveaways and fan interaction here and there, but The Ducks just raised their season ticket prices!! Why? When was the last time the Ducks made the playoffs again? It's ridiculous to think that anything should be raised in price here given the history and drama of this team. I love Dosty, Zelly and Frank the TANK but everyone else on our roster is the epitome of making the same mistakes over and over. Zegras is drama, Gudas is a nice guy and all but when is he going to score for us? This team likes to stay in hot water due to poor management and now admin wants to take it out on the fans? I don't think so... it's time to get it together. Now, I'll always hold a special place in my heart for this team as this is the first NHL team I've seen live (Ducks vs. Calgary) and it was still fun! I loved the winter beanie giveaway and my seat was awesome. I love the merch and inclusion nights that are rolled out. Also, WILD WING is an amazing mascot! However, the fan base here is pretty foolish and they like to bash on other teams, that's something I don't like. The fans can be really disappointing at times and it takes away from the good of the experience. There's also a weird "Karen" sort of entitlement here, idk if it's the OC vibe but I don't like it. As for the players, I named my favorites above, but I sincerely believe there is potential in several other players. The bad thing is we have bad coaching and we're mixing good players with dramatic or lackluster skaters. My most recent visit has been during the 30th anniversary celebration, I know we have the power to win. It's just up to us whether we want to be contenders or not. read more

IDK who is running this place but your employees at all levels have a terrible angry attitude. I GET IT. I am not a hockey fan and came here for a company event. Hockey season where it's supposed to be cold outside and that just doesn't happen here in Cali as it seems like it's forever summer from one day to the next where it's just hot so you find yourself coming to the area to escape that heat and to get on ice! I've been a season ticket holder for many years and every year it seems as if it will be my last but after this last one it doesn't look probable that I will be returning after this year as it's just too much for one to do alone both price wise as well as games wise as I've really had the hardest of times trying to get to get someone to take my seat and give me my ticket back. The way it would be easier is if I had a way to sell my ticket or transfer it to someone else but that isn't a possibility as the ducks didn't give me tickets this year but instead this annoying plastic ticket card that I have to reuse every game making it super hard to give to a friend or try to sell it needless to say I'm out some money because of this inconvenient situation. My rating is based on the organizations season ticket program as it's apparent that they just want your money so much so that they just really don't care as I can't count how many times I've had to ask them to put the right address on the mail they send out every so often to the name on my account as I took off one of the previous partners I've had before. It really really kinda sucks that I can't write a better review about the team I love but what has to be said has to be said it would be nice if the ducks cared more about those who dump money into their organization year after year as at this point in time I'm just done when I do come back to a game you can bet that I'll be finding my ticket from an outside organization as the price is better and I won't have to deal with one of their annoying reps! Overall I've been a Ducks fan since 93 and a season ticket holder for about 6 years some in a row some scattered I will always be a ducks fan but as for a season ticket holder no more! I had tickets to the game, but I could not find reserved parking, or any parking. I am fairly new to that area, and I live in Torrance,Ca. I called Ryan, one of the sales reps for the Ducks. He was off that day, but he answered my call. He told me what to do, and I was able to get parking, and directed to the handicap section. I am a dual combat Disabled Veteran, and currently dealing with a blood clot in my left leg, and no meniscus in my right, as a result of a field injury as a AYSO soccer referee. So the closer to the Honda Center the better. Ryan went above, and beyond to ensure I had access to parking. He is an asset to the Anaheim Ducks as a representative. I have attended several games, and have tickets to seven up coming games over the next three months. From the parking attendants, to the seat ushers, I have witnessed nothing short of hospitality, at its highest level. Honda Center and Anaheim Ducks are Family friendly, and community oriented. Tried to go to a game last night, got to the arena 15 minutes before the games with season tickets a friend gave me which included parking pass. we spent the next 45 minutes trying to park and never found a spot within the season ticket holders parking lot and it seemed like us and many other cars were stuck in some kind of business park looking for parking. we were probably 1/2 mile away from stadium and parking attendants could offer no help. we finally gave up and went home. will never try to go to a ducks game again. read more

My first hockey game! So fun! The Ducks won, and we got to go down on the ice after the game to take pics with Wild Wing (the Ducks mascot). We also got in a mega line to take slap shots, and I made a goal on my first try! Woo hoo! I felt like I made the game winning shot, lol! Maybe I wanna learn to play hockey! =) Restrooms were clean, and lines went quickly! Staff and fans were friendly. Our group got on the Jumbo Tron multiple times....did ya see us on TV? =) Concession lines were also quick. The Team Store has been redone and looks great! The selection is much better than the past, but the prices are higher than getting the same item online (even with the season ticket holder discount). Although I can find jerseys cheaper online (and probably better workmanship in getting it personalized), I decided to buy my Karlsson jersey on October 19 so I can get him to sign it on FanFest. If you're getting a special personalized jersey heat pressed, be sure they do it right!! Don't walk away if you aren't happy with it. I think they've been cranking out the jerseys, not looking to see if they're alligned on the back of the jersey. My #38 reads: K ARLSSON (yes, a space between the K and A). On the paperwork it says "No Refunds, No Exchanges" so when I complained, the employee first tried to justify that its centered (its not) and they used a ruler to space out my lettering. Granted, Its straight, but its not correctly spaced out. Yes, I settled because I really wanted K arlsson to sign it. My total bad for not going bridezilla on them. Hey guy, So I got to looking at NHL logos and mascots, and I think you guys really mucked it up. I really like the "Duck" idea, but there is simply no duck in your logo?? Did you leave that part out? This place is so packed when games are going on. It takes forever just to get into the place, and sometimes you will have to park in a different area because it's so packed! I only came here because my friend had tickets to a Duck's game, and he wanted someone to come with him. I don't know anything about hockey. I was just invited here for a few games. I didn't have anything to do those night, so I came with my friend as his company. If you enjoy hockey, then this is the place for you of course. I can't give it more than 3 stars because the parking takes forever, and the food they serve is not that great. They have different venues for food, but most of them are like fast food joints and nothing really close to being decently healthy. read more

Gotta love the comeback kids! LET'S GO DUCKS! This place works so efficiently, it's crazy. Parking at the rink itself is pricey at $16, but the lots are right across the street and there's plenty of alternative lots for a bit cheaper. Getting in and out of the lots is a breeze and I didn't find myself waiting in traffic for that long going both ways. The inside of Honda Center is pretty nice and very well organized. The staff has been friendly, which is always a plus at sporting events. We were able to get 300 level club seats that came with a wait staff. I went to my first hockey game ever and had a blast!!! Our seats were great (219 M 8) and we got a deal with a free hot dog and a beer/soda. I didn't know what to expect from hockey fans and hoping they weren't as rowdy and obnoxious as football fans. I was pleasantly surprised that although the fans were loud, they weren't rude and belligerent. I noticed the crowd tended to be a bit older and non-Asian. I felt a bit out of place, but I didn't feel uncomfortable. The aisles and seats were small, but there are opportunities to stretch in-between periods which lasted for about 20 minutes. However, during these times, the bathroom lines and concession stands are super long. For a newbie, I had a great experience and can't wait to see another game. At the start of the 2013/14 hockey season, the Honda Center dismissed their previous concessions company (Aramark) and took over food and drink sales. After a rocky start, they appear to have found their footing. Beer selection has improved, with a few IPA's available on tap, along with the usual sports venue choices. The Club level has a nice selection of bottled craft beers. Unfortunately, the commoners on the 400 level don't get the same courtesy. On the good side, the sandwich selection has been expanded, and the offerings are tasty and amply sized. BBQ is now available on the Upper level and is very tasty, considering the size of venue it's being served in. The best food value is probably the wings, available inside at the concourse "Standing-O" concession. The new video screen /scoreboard really adds to the experience, too, giving great close-ups of the action, especially when the gloves come off. Hopefully there are still changes in the works - it would be great to see the beer choices spread a little more evenly, maybe work on the quality of some of their existing offerings. read more
