I am providing my review and experience with this office as an adult with braces. To say I was nervous at my consultation is an understatement. But, I felt comfortable and supported the entire time! There are quite a bit of staff members working and I could tell that they were all involved and engaged with each patient and were giving exceptional service. Made the decision to proceed with Dr. Lee and have been so happy! My orthodontist was going to kill me! So we got online to find a local orthodontist and found this orthodontic group close to our hotel. While I am certain it was a very odd request, we asked to purchase a bag of rubber bands from them! They were so helpful in figuring out which specific bands I needed and told us to come on by whenever! We went immediately there and the ladies at the front desk immediately knew who I was and had 2 bags of rubber bands waiting! When I pulled out my wallet they told me not to worry about it and enjoy my trip! How amazing are they! They seriously saved my vacation! I am looking at only another month in braces, who knows if it would have been longer if I wasn't able to wear bands this week!
