I met Calvin, and he was friendly, respectful, and understood what help with cleaning salons were needed. He gave us a reasonable quote, and we scheduled the start of our services right away. They knew timing of an empty salon was going to be a challenge, and they made it work. At first we scheduled every other week, but we noticed how helpful it was to have them during that time that we bumped it up to weekly service. The salons are cleaner, and they move chairs and mats to get all the bits of hair that you can imagine getting in to everything. They mop, dust, vacuum, and clean our bathrooms. Calvin is the owner. If there are any concerns or issues he would want to know right away, and will make sure the crew is aware. We have asked to make special adjustments in cleaning, and in their schedule, and he is very responsive. He's been a joy to work with. The Elite crew have taken a huge task off our to-do list. Helping my desk crew focus on our clientele and stylists, with light housekeeping. Making my job easier. Highly recommended!

WOW! What a fantastic company! From the very first time I contacted them for solar panel cleaning,…read moreto the moment they packed up their ladders and drove off, I was so pleasantly surprised by the incredible professionalism, high quality of work, and very reasonable rates. I reached out months ago on the recommendation of a co-worker. I asked about solar cleaning and gutters. Their quote was very reasonable, especially given that it is a second story home with gutters that had NEVER been cleaned in the last decade at least. And same for the solar. A family emergency came up and I didn't move forward at that time. Fast forward 4 or 5 months and I reached out again. He responded right away and confirmed the details, honored the original quote (which impressed me as costs EVERYWHERE have gone up), and was able to schedule for a very convenient time without any difficulty. He also asked if there were any other services I was needing, which is when I discovered they do window cleaning, window and door screens and dryer vent cleaning as well! I did ask for them to quote me for a sliding screen door replacement, which was another great value, given the upgrades for the heavy duty screening and preferred color. And then the crew showed up...right on time, ready to go, and absolutely delightful people, every single one! It was a crew of 4. They got to work immediately and were thorough, cautious and hard-working. While they were working, I asked the crew leader about a quote for two window screens. Such a good deal that I said yes and they cleaned and rescreened as well as installed them on site as the other work was being done! And they did the final measurements for the sliding door to be made. They also asked if I wanted them to check the dryer vent and did so with no obligation for cleaning. I am sure I have literally never had the dryer vent cleaned in the almost 20 years I have lived here. So it was SOOOOOOOO full and needing to be cleaned badly. With another very reasonable price, I had them go for it! And it was done in no time at all. They did ALL this work (20 solar panels cleaned, gutters that literally had whole plants growing out of them completely cleaned and flushed, 2 windows re-screened, new door measurements taken and dryer vent cleaned), with the kindest, most non-judgemental, professional attitude. And they did it in UNDER 2 HOURS as a team! If you have a chance to use them, I would highly encourage you to. They truly care about their customers and about doing the absolute best job they can, and they make it affordable, too!

I am getting a bit tired of writing five-star reviews for Five Star! LOL I have lost count often…read morehow many times I've used them. Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

I've been using Doyle's Window Cleaning for a while now, and Mike is honestly wonderful. As a local…read morereal estate broker, I'm constantly needing things done on very short notice to get a property ready. Mike has always been incredibly accommodating--even with the tightest timeframes, he never sacrifices the quality of his work. He just finished up a big job doing pigeon abatement around my solar panels and got them looking brand new. I've already noticed our solar production has increased since he finished the cleaning, which is a huge plus. He's also rescreened a bunch of houses for me in the past, cleaned gutters, and installed gutter guards. He's even done a few roof power washes for me and did an incredible job cleaning the algae off the roof, which completely changed the curb appeal. You can tell Mike really takes pride in his work; he's meticulous and the results are always spot on. He is very reasonably priced, and since he's licensed and bonded, I completely trust him with any property I send him to. It's also great that he travels; he's done work for me in Livermore, Pleasanton, Tracy, and the surrounding areas, which is a huge help. It's rare to find someone this reliable who actually shows up and kills it every single time. If you need any exterior work done, don't even bother looking elsewhere--Mike is the best! Bad service! Do not hire!…read more Irene herself is very nice but a push over at that when it pertains to her workers. I had paid $250 for a deep clean, which included a top to bottom clean. Top to bottom means everything from top to bottom is cleaned, ceiling fans, windows, cabinets, floors, etc. My home is fairly new and we tend to be pretty clean people. The services were needed as my work schedule limits me and I wanted someone whom could help me keep things tidy. I Initially hired her for once a month with the possibility of extending the services. Multiple missed areas. The window jams weren't cleaned filled with spider webs, parts of my furniture in my living room, kids rooms, hall cabinet and my bedroom dresser left with dust. The photo of the rag covered in dust was from me cleaning the missed areas. Irene offered to come back but with my work schedule who wants to be available to allow her to come back. I thought well I'll let it slide, but I'd want a discount or something should I decide to book again. I am very particular with whom I let into my home. I figured I would address my concerns and give her another shot. I didn't really want to find another person and start all over. I addressed the concerns with Irene she agreed to discount the next services. I agreed and I took the day off to be here when they arrived for the next service. I wanted to discuss my concerns in person so that I could understand what they need from me in order to obtain the level of service that one should obtain when hiring a housekeeper. You could tell she didn't want to hear it and said they do they best they can. Um so missing areas is the best you can do?! I thought well let me try to reword what I am saying. Nope, her workers started to make faces, even so that my 9 year old said mommy they were making faces when you were talking. About 5 minutes into the conversation Irene came out of the hall and said her workers didn't feel comfortable to work because they didn't feel they could work to my expectations. Forgive me but is it there job to make that decision or is it the owner of the business? To me a job that's not done correctly should be corrected and if a customer cannot address their concerns doesn't warrant good business to me. I explained this to Irene and she just shrugged her shoulders. Really?!? As they gathered their things I overheard the woman gossiping and making remarks about my mother. My mother typically is the one whom is home due to my work schedule. Totally unprofessional. Word of advice to this company, when you're in this type of business you sign up for customer service whether you like what the customer has to say or not. As many say, the customer is always right! I wasn't yelling at you nor did anyone threaten you, we were simply pointing out what was missed and what I wanted done. Hire workers that know how to work hard and who don't take short cuts. I work hard for my money and I want the job done right, knowing I agreed to pay her more than what other companies charge I was expecting good services, not half ass. Do yourself a favor hire someone who appreciates your business and who will do the job right the first time. Most of all hire someone who has workers who aren't disrespectful.
