Well lit place, lots of servers, huge place and clean

It's all about the broth! It is their sustainable competitive advantage over all the other restaurants. If anyone knows of any pho with better broth, please DM me. They come in medium and large size. I'd rather have a medium size with extra meat on the side, but I'm a hefty carnivore so I love meat. The beef balls is average but I get the feeling that they are not the prime attraction of the restaurant. I just love food and tasty beef balls in my pho. Really quick turnaround and service. The servers just assume that you know the menu and ready to order every time you come in. Is that bad? Maybe. All and all good experience and tasty pho.

Simply delicious! Highly recommended. Soup is so tasty and the beef so tender. We would definitely come again!

Came here on a 80 degree day and this place was filled around dinner time on a weekday. The pho here is pretty legit. Noodles are so soft and smooth. It is quite pricey but you get a lot for what you pay for. I got a pho tai that came with a good amount of steak. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in Sydney. Side note - they have chilli oil which goes perfect with the hoisin sauce and sriracha.

As various people have mentioned, this is definitely the most expensive Pho in all of Sydney and with a recent price rise in August 2015 - it cements this title. I have been going here since I was a wee toddler (anyone remember the old place next door?) and it has always been good and they were probably the first restaurant to switch to computer ordering back in the 90's. The reason that people haven't baulked at the price and keep returning is that the Pho is most definitely the best in Sydney. The broth is fragrant and it is quite a large serving with plenty of good quality beef and a variety of offal in the special Pho. As it does get very busy during peak hours (and this is no small space), you do feel rushed as they have food on your table seconds after you order and are watching like hawks for you to finish so that they can give your bill, take your tea away and usher you out the door! I would easily rate this a 5 star place but the price and rushed service loses it a star, nothing against the food!

    So pho so good!!!

Every time I fly back to Sydney this is always my first stop from the Airport! Secret recipe pho with amazing noodles and a very addictive broth!!! Everyone reckons they put drugs in here which could be true Must come when you're in Sydney!!! Best pho in town pho sure!

Best meal for breakfast lunch and dinner. Service is outstanding. Couldn't find a better pho anywhere.

#1 tai w side of beef balls

This is by far the cleanest, nicest, and quickest pho restaurant that I've ever been. Word around town is that it's supposedly the #1 pho in Sydney, but also the most expensive. At $13 for a Medium and $14 for a Large, the price is double of what I can normally get in California. It was great pho, though, I'll definitely give it that. The broth was not murky and greasy, and tasted of actual beef. They also give you a lot of rare steak. Think of the extra $$ as a premium you're paying for the atmosphere and the service. It's not some sticky pho joint with mismatched paintings hanging on the walls, and the pho comes to you within 1 minute of ordering. We came before 9AM for breakfast (a little weird, I know), so there were only a couple of tables filled at the time. I imagine it can have quite a wait during peak hours and days. P.S. Make sure to separate the steak once you get it, or else it'll all cook into one giant block and the slices will stick together.

This is basically a pho cafeteria. You get seated, you order your pho, and it comes out almost immediately. The pho is on the pricier side, especially in Bankstown at $14 for a medium ($14.50 for bo dac biet) or $15 for a large bowl. I got called a hooligan on my instagram for adding sauce to the bo dac biet, but their broth was a slightly tart to my liking which the sauce helped with. However, everything else was pretty tasty. Worth a visit if you're in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way for it though...would rather go to Cabramatta.

The best Phó I have had in Sydney so far, big servings, the price has been going up, last I was there I think it was $16.50 for a large Phó, for something that is literally about $1 worth of ingredients, it's a bit of a rip off. But alas the food is really that good. If I didn't feel like I was being ripped off every time I went, I would probably go more often. I would have given it 5 stars if the price was not so damn high. It's mostly water, yes it is so far the best Phó I've had, but at he end of the day it's just a soup... FYI price rise happened in August

Large pho vs regular pho at An Restaurant.

The pricing here is not competitive at all (the average price of Pho in Sydney CBD at this time is around $11), but the Pho definitely is. Generous servings of basil, beans sprouts and lemon slices came literally within 10 seconds of us placing our order with the waiter on their little PDA-like machine. [Photo] And the Pho would come, again literally, within 3 minutes of the order. At our last visit, I swear I stood up to go to the bathroom right after we placed the order and got the beansprouts, but just as I was stepping into the bathroom automatic doors (yep) at the back of the restaurant, I saw the waiter holding our Pho walking towards our table! There's no wonder why the Pho here is dubbed the "McPho", fast, efficient, and tummy satisfying.

I initially thought it was a Korean bbq because of the usual air vents above the tables, but it is not!! We were told it was their launch night and $49 for all you can eat buffet, including Wagyu (my favorite) and seafood. A little more than we were looking to spend but the place looked new and we saw the meat and could not resist. Letz Grill is not Korean, or is it specifically Vietnamese. It's a fusion of the two.. there was Kimchi and Rice paper wraps and gave a great mix of options to eat. Of course we went straight for the Wagyu! Which we were told was 9+ grading. Either way, it was delicious . We had our charcoal grill loaded with Wagyu and huge prawns. They offered us a bowl of complimentary Pho which we accepted. A good size (not too big, save room for Wagyu) and it was extremely tasty. It was made with Wagyu brisket. So good, some went for a second bowl. We were so full, struggled to walk out. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary in Bankstown, go to Letz Grill. You and your tastebuds will thank me for it. Amazing food, new clean restaurant, happy helpful staff and good value. I'll be back. Hopefully they will be licensed. I was told they are waiting for their liquor license, lucky there is a bottle shop across the road. Gotta have a few beers with a Wagyu buffet.

While we were eating the 2 staff members began clearing up the table next to us when I noticed that one of them picked up a plate of bean sprouts and lemons and started picking through it. He picked up one piece of lemon which looked squeezed, they said something to each other and he placed it on a dirty plate, he picked through the bean sprouts again on the plate and found 2 other pieces of lemon which were not squeezed and put them back in the sprout plate with his bare hands.
