They are consistent…read morein their work ethic-honest, careful, respectful, helpful with anything extra (within reason) you might need, punctual, and just extremely nice guys! Response time to my inquiry and subsequent communication was great-and they actually contacted me the night before reminding me of the time they'd meet me and yep, they were on time. So far I have used them 3 times; house to storage and condo (which had stairs!), then condo to house, and finally storage to house. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their rates are. No surprises-they tell you up front what they charge and give you an estimate. If you want peace of mind with your move, this is the team to use. I really wouldn't even consider using anybody else and I could not be more pleased-they get my highest recommendation!

Gabe, you still don't get it. You would rather debate on Yelp, then just pay what you owe me and…read moremove on. And hopefully learn a lesson and take responsibility for his own mistake. Let's be clear: I contacted him about the issue, and I even spoke with his wife--who acknowledged it and offered reimbursement. That offer was never honored. Instead, I got excuses and denial. So I did what I had to do. I disputed the charge, and the credit card company ruled in my favor and issued a partial refund. All of this over $400--which didn't even come close to covering the TV that was damaged because of his work. Instead of handling a simple problem like a professional, Gabe chose to drag this out, damage his own reputation, and lose future business. At this point, the negative reviews online speak for themselves--and I make sure to share my experience with anyone considering using him. This wasn't complicated. It just required accountability.

I was there for the entire process (estimate to move day and unpacking so I saw how things were packed). From start to finish, Josh was a real leader: incredibly patient, kind, friendly, professional, and displayed a great sense of humor and warmth. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but packing day came and the Breezy team worked so well together. Josh was always there, working side by side with Romain, Joe, and Ray. Then moving day was a huge day and Craig also pitched in (and also another wonderful guy but I forget his name). All of them were so capable and even moved some furniture to yet another spot when my friend changed her mind. They want their clients to be happy. I highly recommend Breezy Moving!
