Hello, Just wanted a chance to share with everyone how…read morewonderful the Catalyst Virtual Lap Band class was, it even helped me with some of my PTSD symptoms. It was 5 sessions, and you walked away with many tools to help you thru the week and keep you motivated. There were mp3's to listen to or CD's if you prefered, the instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and educated on this subject, as well as the subject of hypnosis. I really liked that the instructor was always in contact, you could call or email her, and she would get right back to you. In addition, the course was a good value for the money, and very concrete, science-based, not airy, fairy fluff! Thanks, Kim of Weymouth

I'm so happy I did. When I walked into the door, Larry greeted me with the warmest smile and I already felt at ease. We went to his office and went over a questionnaire I filled out and we just chatted. He shared wonderful stories with me and just made me feel so comfortable. The session probably lasted about an hour and 45 minutes. I left there with this huge sense of I could achieve anything. I'm typically more of a pessimist but Larry made me a believer. It's been 2 weeks and I've made the easiest decisions in my life which were probably the hardest before seeing Larry to eat healthy, turn down cookies, candy, sweets and junk food where that would be my go to all the time. I'm such an emotional eater and this past week of my life has been an extremely emotional week for me and I have not cheated once. There is just something in me that just keeps saying it's not worth it and almost a sense of disgust towards the sweets when I think of them. I'm so happy I took a leap of faith and went to Larry! I appreciate him and I hope after reading this review you take the leap too. It's life changing!! Thank you Larry!

I'm honestly not someone who usually writes reviews, but my experience with Marisa has been so…read moreimpactful that I felt like I had to share. I drive over an hour each way to see her and it's been so worth it. I originally went to see Marisa for extreme anxiety and ongoing sleep issues, after trying what felt like every modality out there: somatic exercises, journaling, therapy, BIT, meditation, breath-work...you name it. While many of those helped in their own ways, nothing truly moved the needle for me the way hypnoacupuncture with Marisa has. From my very first session, there was an obvious shift. Even the people around me noticed. After that first session, the tension in my shoulders decreased, and the only way I can describe it is that everything (physically & mentally) felt like it had been taken down a notch. Since working with her, my sleep has completely transformed. I went from having an extremely hard time falling asleep and waking up almost every hour, to now pretty much sleeping through the night. If I do wake up, I can fall back asleep easily, and I'm even dreaming a lot which I take as a sign I'm finally getting deep, restful sleep. I've seen such drastic improvements that I genuinely feel like I have a new baseline. I feel so much more in control of my anxiety now and honestly like a completely different person than I was just a few months ago. It's been truly life changing. I honestly wish I could see her weekly. The closest way I can describe how you feel leaving a session is like you just had a massage; you're so relaxed, grounded, and at ease. Marisa has truly touched my life. She is genuinely an angel. She listens, she cares deeply, and she is incredibly dedicated to her clients. If she doesn't have an answer right away, she always follows up, whether by email or the next time you see her, which says so much about the level of thought and attention she gives. I don't feel comfortable around many people, but there's something about her energy that is so light and reassuring. She creates such a safe, welcoming environment, and it makes all the difference. I'm so grateful to have found her and truly can't recommend her enough.
