As soon as I entered I felt relaxed and calm. Everything about Lauren's business has a cool vibe. I loved my only prior massage experience I had while on vacation a few months ago, but the experience with Lauren topped it by a large margin. It was so relaxing and de-stressing that I nodded off a couple times. As soon as it was over I made another appointment. I can't wait to go back. This is not a plush "spa" experience, but it is clean and comfortable. The rooms are not insulated, so there may be some background noise, but unlike some places, they are actual rooms with doors and not curtains. The massage itself is Tui Na style accupressure. If you like deep-tissue, this is for you. But if you prefer a lighter, Swedish style massage, they can do that as well. Just tell them what you like for pressure. All of the therapists I've had could speak enough English to communicate about the massage.
