Kelli was great with communication. I received a text confirming the appointment, and she even followed up to confirm which services I wanted because I had forgotten to fill out part of the form. Kelli is super friendly and took some time to get to know our dog before she took him to be groomed. He looked awesome and felt super soft when she was done. I work from home, so this is a super convenient option for us. Took about an hour and I didn't have to leave the house. Our "regular groomer" is now The Debonair Dog!
