I loved getting my cleanings because of Ashley! The office is beautiful and clean but the flower as the to-go gift is weird. My biggest issue here was the Dr. sadly she was so nice at first and then became really condescending out of nowhere. Maybe I caught her on a bad day but since my drive is 20-25 min to her that was my last appt. The front desk is also a hit or miss - can feel like team of mean girls really odd

It was hard finding a dentist in South Florida so I ultimately decided to come home for my cleanings as Dr. Chipps and his practice set a standard for me and I couldn't find anyone like their practice in South Florida. Nov 2023, I decided to fly home for a dental visit and fly back home and it was the best decision. I have since learned the practice was sold when I asked about Maria at the front desk but the new staff are just as warm and friendly! My hygienist is still there which is great as she's been there for I believe 20 years and she has always cleaned my teeth and great! I highly recommend!

Honestly, I feel as though that's what I got today as the hygienist Connie and the dentist, Dr. Risse took care of me. I have never met a dentist that made feel as comfortable (in an uncomfortable situation) as Dr Risse. She came highly recommended by family members and they were all absolutely correct as far as her skill, intelligence and professionalism. Connie, the hygienist, was thorough, kind, compassionate, professional and she sure knows how to get teeth clean. She made me feel safe and that's says a lot. This was my first visit and it definitely will not be my last.

The best dental experience I've ever had!…read more I moved recently and was in need of a new dental office, and I went with this one based on the reviews. It totally exceeded my expectations!! The ladies at the front desk were an absolute pleasure, so sweet and so professional, they made me feel so welcome. I also was taken to the back very promptly which was amazing, as I am usually used to waiting for a while at previous dental offices. Getting my teeth cleaned was a breeze. My technician was so so sooo sweet, I wish I could mention her by name but unfortunately I forgot it! Super knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. O'Neal was also wonderful. He made me feel super welcome and eased all my stress; Prior to coming in, I was scared and concerned for the health of my teeth as admittedly I haven't been taking the best care of them. He was very comforting and eased my concerns, and made the time to get me in for a cavity fill very shortly after the cleaning. He was also very funny! Which I appreciated, because I am very scared of cavity fillings and it helped ease some of my nerves. I 100% recommend this office, it was such a positive experience. As someone that was apprehensive about going back to the dentist after a while, I could not say enough good things about the staff, environment, and the service itself.

I walked in and was immediately greeted and given a tour of the office. Then I was taken to a consultation room and given a welcome letter and a gift bag, all before I had even seen a dentist. I was walked to my exam room sat down, and leaned back and realized that the it was a massage chair! Because it's been so long since I've seen the dentist, I was given a thorough consultation by Pam the dental technician, she was so great. The cleaning went well although I hate the process Pam made sure I was comfortable. Then the doctor came in and came up with a game plan to get my teeth back in order. It felt like they actually cared and weren't trying to sell me on something that I might not necessarily need. It was a very no pressure visit. I checked out with Jessica who was super friendly and made sure to tell her how great the experience w. I definitely plan to recommend this office to friends and family, I'm almost tempted to stop strangers on the street and tell them how great this place is, lol! Update: I had 2 extractions earlier in the day and Dr. Harvey called me personally this evening to make sure I was doing ok. I've never had a dentist do that!

I had gone through multiple dental operations the past few years and struggled to find a perfect fit for me -- an office where patient care comes first and efforts made for me to be comfortable and feel free from judgement. Booking an appointment was smooth and easy, and I felt instantly at ease walking in. Front desk staff was amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better hygienist! Chelsea was the sweetest person ever, and really made me feel comfortable. I have never experienced such a thorough and in-depth explanation/analysis of my teeth and dental health. We discussed my medical history and factors that could affect my teeth health, and Chelsea detailed each process that we went through. During my recovery from surgery with another oral surgeon in the same practice (Dr. Cho...who's awesome too and did an amazing job with my surgery), Dr. Yates saw me for post-op concerns while Dr. Cho was out of town. In reviewing my chart, Dr. Yates validated the concerns I had raised from the beginning and gave me a greater understanding of what had truly been going on. Together with the assistance of Katie, a dentist herself, he addressed what hadn't been resolved and redid my temporary crown. The entire team was compassionate and Dr. Yates and Katie spent a great deal of time, went above and beyond the expectation, and the result was amazing!!! For the first time in a year, I felt hopeful again, I got my smile back, and have a clear plan moving forward. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Yates, Katie, and their WHOLE TEAM, who excelled in all areas! I would highly recommend them and this will now be my new permanent place for dental care!
