Of course not. No construction project ever does, and I've done a lot of projects at my home. But they moved quickly, handled the project well, and delivered good value for the money. I would recommend them to others, especially if you want a bathroom remodel done efficiently and at a fair value.

It started with our salesman and designer, Steve, who expertly and courteously guided us through the initial planning stages. His pleasant and patient demeanor helped us make big decisions easily. When work began we developed new relationships with another courteous and pleasant fellow, Jose, who became our main contact in the office. He kept the communications alive and always responded promptly to my questions. Then Majid, the boss, and his crew of skilled workers came in and began demo and rebuilding. Special kudos to Vicente, a very talented and skilled craftsman who put together all the cabinets, installed the new flooring, completed the plumbing, and did just about anything else that needed to be done. Alex was a prime helper who also did a great job with touch up work and plastering. Vicente was at our house every day for six weeks, sometimes working alone and other times working with as many as five or six crew members. All in all, we had a great experience with Xpress, and are very happy we engaged their services. We highly recommend them! Thank you Majid and company for your responsiveness and professionalism!!

Only downsides were they weren't able to do a miter edge on the counter (or maybe they could but didn't offer it and that's what I would have preferred) and they almost installed a sink that was too small. They emailed me last minute to say they'd do a smaller sink than I had specified and I didn't see the email until it was too late. They were about to do the small sink but fortunately I was onsite and caught the issue in time. They made it work with a proper size sink. Even with these glitches I still was satisfied and would absolutely work with them again. The price was similar to what I'd paid several years ago for a similar sized job so I would consider their overall offering to be very competitively priced.

From the very beginning, Patty listened thoughtfully to our vision, needs, and family's rhythm. I leaned on her expertise and trusted her recommendations completely. I'm glad I did. She took my aesthetics and ideas and skillfully incorporated them into a design that felt deeply "us," while elevating everything in ways I couldn't have achieved on my own. We now have more space, a peninsula where our whole family can eat, all without knocking down walls. This wasn't just a kitchen remodel for us; it was a kitchen that evolved with our family, and one we will enjoy for years to come as we move into the late elementary and junior high seasons of raising our kids. Patty and Kurt put their heart in the heart of the home! Patty said that "it takes a village," and that is exactly what this process felt like: a true village effort, thoughtfully coordinated to bring everything together beautifully. Their attention to detail was outstanding from precise measurements to careful planning, thoughtful execution, and consistent, attentive follow-up with us throughout the project. We always felt cared for, never rushed, and deeply supported in our decisions. Patty and Kurt treated us like partners in the process, not just clients, and their communication was clear, warm, and reassuring from start to finish. Our finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations in both beauty and function, and it brings us joy every single day. Friends, family, and neighbors continue to compliment the transformation and the quality of the design. If we ever need renovation advice in the future, Signature Kitchen & Bath will be our first call. We recommend Patty and Kurt without hesitation to anyone looking for experts in cabinet and kitchen design, genuinely care about their clients, and bring caliber and reliability to a renovation.

We were set on using Shiloh Malibu cabinets with a reeded design and built the entire kitchen around this focal point, which made the design process both complex and unconventional. Throughout the journey, Kailun created what felt like 20 different design iterations and cost estimates, helping us carefully evaluate every possibility. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the result. The quality of the Shiloh cabinets is outstanding. The natural wood tones give the kitchen a warm, organic feel that is anything but bland. The variation in the wood grain makes the space feel truly unique and custom. We decided to mix two different wood tones, which initially made us a little nervous, but the final outcome exceeded our expectations. The soft-close features are excellent, and the craftsmanship is evident throughout. We highly recommend Kailun and the team to anyone looking for a thoughtful design process, exceptional service, and beautiful, high-quality cabinetry.

I was frustrated as a newish owner of a turn key condo that I had to replace my steel tub which was cracked and leaking into the unit underneath me. a rebath company quoted me $13,000 just to replace the tub and only gave me two options, neither of which I liked. My choice was to fully remodel the room and make it into my dream spa-like bathroom. Neither I nor any of my four siblings has an eye for design or decorating. Tai gave me input, shopped with me and encouraged me and stayed within budget, finishing the job efficiently. He went above and beyond whenever there were supply chain issues with fixtures, or when i needed hand holding. As an example, when i chose out of hundreds of "whites" for my wall color, had the paint mixed and THEN googled " Sherwin Williams Origami White" I was horrified to learn from a Master Colorist, via a YouTube video that although this white had both warm and cool tones and coordinated with virtually every color, in a windowless room ( which my bathroom is) Origami is the " dingiest white". I panicked and Tai met me immediately at the paint store to help me pick the perfect color. The results are beyond my expectations. I love my new bathroom full stop. It is my refuge and oasis. My favorite elements are the deep soaking tub, the floor tiles and the heavy oak shelving. No matter the size of your project, I recommend Tai and his team. During this time of scarcity of contractor availability and difficulty getting materials with supply chain issues, I was able to enjoy my dream bathroom in a matter of weeks. I always felt my project was a priority. Tai's crew led by Rigo are consummate professionals, working around my schedule, receptive to feedback, great at communicating via text or phone call. When I was out of town, I left my 20-year old son in charge and felt very comfortable doing so. I would absolutely hire Boutique Home Remodel again and give them my highest recommendation!
