We have found that many realtors do the bare minimum and this absolutely is Not what Bryce and his team do. We had a quite a few challenges and complications come up with a house that we were trying to purchase. Bryce went so far above and beyond what he had to do. In the end he found us a different house that worked out perfectly. Communication was never an issue at any point in working with him. His knowledge of the area was so helpful. He was able to tell us about various areas, neighborhoods, pros and cons, the local school systems and more. We hope to stay in this house for years to come, but if we decide to move and need a realtor The Jones Group at Sunriver Realty is the only way we would go! We highly recommend using Bryce as your realtor, you will not be disappointed.

She truly listened to what my vision of a home was. The area of town, the size, the land, the budget etc. So much so, that I put an offer on the very first house she showed me. Sudie jumped into action to get that offer in and it worked, I got my dream house! I never expected to feel so supported and reassured every step of the way. I also never thought the process would be so quick and easy. Sudie helped me go from being terrified of buying a home to seeing it for what it should be, a fun and exciting experience. This process was life changing for me and my future in Bend, and Sudie Myers made it happen. 10/10 would recommend her to help you find your dream home too.

The previous owners had not let us know and when we went to confirm our reservations, we were informed they had sold the home. Bennington honored our original reservations even though they weren't required to do so, and kept all the terms the same. Our initial visit went great, there were a few minor items that would have been nice to have. We left feedback with Bennington and the CEO responded personally. We just had our second visit and the items were taken care of! They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Family oriented, accommodating, super friendly and communicative. We visited the office and it was welcoming and they even had a treasure box with some free toys for our kids. These guys give property management a good name.

When we came into town, she was able to get us in to look at a few properties with very short notice. She was up front about what the market looked like and what a fair market value was for the homes. I appreciated that she did not push the one home that we looked at that was very overpriced (has dropped $125K since listed) when she could have just for commission. It was evident that she didn't think that was the right home or value for us. Every communication and question was answered very promptly. She was able to help us manage the inspection and subsequent changes to be made which was a big help because we are not local. I honestly feel that some realtors would deem this outside of their responsibility, but Daren went above and beyond. Working with the title company that she recommended was seamless as well. If you want a realtor who knows the market, has a lot of experience, and really cares about helping you throughout the process then Daren is it.
