You have to have a membership to participate in the programs or the open gym and track areas. Membership fees for Henrietta residents $10 a year for adults 18-59, $5 a year for ages 5-17. Membership is free for Seniors, veterans and children 0-4. Non residents are $30 a year for adults and $15 a year for youth, seniors and veterans. Free for kids 0-4. Once you are a member you get a key tag for easy scanning. With so many different programs to do here such as gymnastics, pickle ball, soccer, volleyball, basketball and music classes... your best bet is to check out their website for a listing of activities. Some programs require additional fees. My niece has a blast with the preschool open gym. Only $40 for so much fun and activities. There are a lot of free activities here too, playing basketball on one of the courts is always popular. My favorite activity here is using the upstairs running/walking track. The track overlooks the basketball courts and gymnastics area. Nine times around the track equals a mile. You can also book one of the rec center rooms for your own events, see website for pricing. A nice alternative to other options in the area.

Flexible: When I found out that I didn't have quite the same certification as I thought, they accommodated us with a very tight schedule graciously so I could get everything in and dive with the rest of the family on the trip. Tyler was patient as I went back and forth with ideas. Trey, the VP, guaranteed installation on our son's birthday when he found out that the date was the week they were shooting for. The playset looks amazing, and my kids were screaming with excitement- both wanted to go back out first thing the next morning.

Poor business practices trying to undercut re-sell. Overpriced by apparently 33%. Read below for…read moremore information. Originally purchased our playset in 2018. At the time, we bought a double ponderosa with climbing wall and several fixing for 6296.40 plus 400 installation. The kids loved it. The set is very well built. However, we recently needed to move for work purposes. We explored several options to take the playground with us versus selling it. The cost to disassemble and move was potentially 1500, which did not include putting it back up. After much discussion, we opted to attempt to sell on Facebook marketplace. Several people were interested and contacted us. In the process, we referred them to Bear's to discuss the disassembly and reassemble. Bears' answer was allegedly (per the potentially buyers) to offer them a brand new set for the same price we were attempting to sell ours for (4,000 - 4,500). Even if it wasn't meant to undercut our sale, the simple implication is that we overpaid by at least 33%. While we understand that it's a family based company trying to make a living (especially in Covid), this cannot construed as appropriate business practices. I would never recommend buying if you ever intend on moving or selling, and if you do, make sure to negotiate down by at least 33%.

The rooms were laid out well. The system of getting clues is fairly straightforward. The clues and rooms were fun. It felt a bit rehearsed telling you the rules, which are important. I'll start with some of the things I was less impressed with: 1) I understand the irony of my writing this review and saying this - but their reviews, ESPECIALLY Google reviews, should not be trusted. I was honestly appalled by the explicit solicitation of reviews. There were signs to "review us on Google" on EVERY pole in the building, and the poor employee had to give a speech (that was clearly mandatory) about "my manager really appreciates if you leave 5 star Google reviews blah blah blah" at the end of our experience. It was so uncomfortable and off putting. 2) The decor and entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned, leave a lot to be desired. The escape room itself was a-okay, but the waiting area and "party room" both felt very sparse and dungeony. If you're planning to book any kind of party here, I would go see the space prior to committing. The "party area" is back by the bathrooms and not private. The rest really was fun and wonderful! We had fun picking our team name, the employees were great and helpful and kind, and the room was the perfect blend of difficult and engaging. Overall, I would say go and enjoy. I don't know how it compares to competitors since this was my first escape room in years, but this is a solid option for dates and groups alike.

We even kept our own scores on paper they provided (but later used a bowling calculator on our phone ). The guys split a few pitchers of beer throughout the evening, the bar seemed to be fully stocked and the barkeep was a nice gentleman. It was a very low key evening and we all had a good time.
