I was taking a trip to California for the end of summer, and it's safe to say…read more Extremely unprofessional experience. While I was at this gas station, I witnessed one of the owners, a male, yelling at a young female worker and cussing her out right in front of customers. It was uncomfortable, awkward, and showed a complete lack of professionalism or respect for both staff and customers. When I tried to step in and speak up, Lori, who is another owner I'm assuming, turned on me and shockingly called me a "curry munching pig." Not only was this incredibly offensive and racist, but it also shows how little regard they have for public optics or basic decency. No business should treat their employees (or their customers) like this. I will not be returning here, and I strongly recommend others think twice before supporting a business that behaves this way. Would rate this a 0 star if I could

I come around the same time that this one girl works which is during the night, but yesterday I came in around 2:00pm. Thank god I came in because as I come in I see the owner walk in. This led me to believe that I would be getting special service or better service since the crew might want to be better in front of the owner. Little did I know, the owner was the one who needed to fix up. He came in yelling at a staff member who I regularly meet on my way back from work at the Subway and she is such a sweet girl who could never harm anyone! The owner was going on full blast on her in front of everyone which is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE! If you have a complain about a staff member, it needs to be done behind closed doors. The girl had made the argument that this was also the first time being addressed about the complaint as well! Overall just completely baffled at the scene I had to witness and I rate this place 0/5 stars but unfortunately the site has saved them and forced me to rate 1 star (not good). It should be 1 star (absolutely terrible).

RENTER-BEWARE: $2,000 DEDUCTIBLE REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE. In…read moreall fairness this may be more of a corporate issue than a branch issue but Yelp doesn't appear to have an option to review a company as a whole. Booked a reservation online this past June to ride while out in California for a visit. Nothing on the website or in the email confirmation (at least not at the time) about a $2,000 deductible that you'd have to pay regardless of insurance. I go to pick up the bike about 20 minutes before closing. When offered the Eagle Rider insurance I call my insurance company and they say my full coverage would transfer to a rental bike. *****Then the guy tells me "we don't work with insurance companies" and translated that for me to mean that if any damage occurs to the bike that Eagle Rider will not allow my insurance company to inspect it.***** (read that previous sentence one more time) My insurance company, like any other I'm sure, would not pay out on something they couldn't see for themselves, can't blame them. So I asked about the Eagle Rider insurance, and that's when I'm told the eagle rider insurance only covers me after a $2,000 deductible is paid. (reread that sentence one more time as well) I attempted to cancel the reservation but since it was a saturday the guy said I'd have to call corporate offices on Monday. I call the corporate office monday they tell me to send an email, which I do, and the answer is no (for the most part we can stop here), but they'll give me a credit for a year. I'm thinking I'll use it locally on a smaller sportster on a cold day when my battery won't turn over my 1900cc custom. That cold day comes, I attempt to redeem my credit locally, and the local store is closed until April (when it's warm and I have no use for it). I email the corporate office about this and they tell me to go to a different location since they have other locations all over the country. I explain that I'm not going to travel out somewhere to rent a bike that I need here. I then file a dispute with my credit card company but they say too much time has elapsed. Read the other reviews if you want to risk $2k, I can't afford to.

Clean and spacious. Continental breakfast buffet included for up to 4 ppl in a double queen bed…read moreroom. Stayed one night during the weekend and thought it was overall a convenient place to crash and fair value. Breakfast included: - cereal - oatmeal - scramble eggs - biscuits and gravy - turkey patties and pork sausage - assorted breads, packaged muffins and cinnamon rolls - juice fountain, milk in the refrigerator, and yogurt There was also a simple fitness center (has a water dispenser inside, cold and room temperature water) and a pool onsite with a hot tub. At night the staff got very busy cuz it seemed like only one person was covering everything. But they are friendly and helpful. Can ask the front desk for free toothpaste and toothbrush. One notable con is that there were no hot water kettles nor a hot water dispenser in the lobby (except during breakfast). (How do u drink the teas?) Hot coffee was available in the lobby and in the room using a Keurig machine. Ended up using the microwave to heat up water.
